Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I hope this subject is appropriate for this thread. My apologies if it is not, in which case I hope the mods can suggest an alternative.

Six parents of autistic children are suing Chesterfield County School Board--which includes Manchester High School--on the grounds that they did a poor job educating their children. They claim that the children were routinely "bullied and assaulted." There are a number of other accusations. The children in question attended county schools (but not Manchester specifically) from 2010-14. One student in particular, it is alleged, was "mainstreamed," but this was done so poorly that the child got worse.

Obviously this is not directly related to Chris, but it is rather interesting that this news is hitting at the same time as we're learning all sorts of details about Chris's education at Manchester. It's also an echo of Borb's series of lawsuits. Of course accusations do not indicate guilt, and this seems like the sort of case that gets settled out of court.
• Banned both parents and advocates of special needs students from school property without the benefit of a due process hearing.
This is really interesting, and I hope somebody publishes the story behind this. Were the parents being cunts, or the school?

The Gonzalezes also claim that their son was illegally restrained during the 2011-12 school year by school officials who weren’t trained to appropriately deal with his disability. As a result, he was afraid to return to school.
It's happening again! Poor Ricardo.

Keep them in retard school where they belong. Then bullshit like this aint an issue.

CHRIS HAD IT RIGHT ALL ALONG?!?!?!?! :o I doubt it.

If the parents and students were anything like the ones I saw at the school I attended and served as a service worker for, it's them. I saw students who were disabled but violent and profane who had no respect for themselves, the establishment or those around them. The parents were far worse; they were (by all appearances) normal, but chose to spend most of their time patting themselves on the back for enduring such trying conditions and having to handle a kid like their own 24/7 while also castigating the teachers and staff for not bowing down to their little angels. Basically, I heard the sort of conversations and activities that probably echoed in the halls of MHS, years prior.

Mainstreaming is a shitty idea for that reason--because systems not specifically geared toward those "special" students are stressed to accommodate them, rather than students operating at levels considered "normal." It's unfair to both sides involved, and it usually happens because of poor administration and interpretations of the Equal Protection Clause that try to make equal those which are not (that is, they try to put special education kids in normal schools for equality, but this often fumbles the ball for them and instead deprives them of the help they need.)

Adding to that, I'll say the entitlement/"others' problems are petty" viewpoint and line of thought seem rather common among the special folk and their associates...

Specifically, the suit alleges that during the 2010-11 and 2011-12 school years, Lewellyn and other Salem Church Elementary officials placed the Gonzalezes’ son in a mainstream classroom without the benefit of an aide or teacher who was trained to deal with his special needs. That decision led to an escalation of his behavioral issues, they claim, and led to unwarranted suspensions that were not in compliance with his IEP.
Yeeeep, this sounds familiar. Too bad the kid's behavioral issues weren't sleeping and reading Goosebumps in class, those are apparently just fine.
I wonder if Chris had an IEP. "The Greene County School District shall hire friends for the student at no additional charge"

Chris: He wants nothing to do with them and promoting the uh, that way of life. If he'd meant for us to live like that-like that he'd a made us asexual in the first place. And it's like-and it's like he gets a little more angry and he says, we're all straight in the world of CWCville, except for the villains and above you, me being straight, Rosechu, our true creator, Christian Weston Chandler is straight, and then he climbs the wall, knocks over a couple of plants and uh...
Julie: Cool, plants.
Chris: ...plants and a bottle of like, laundry detergent, and if you look at the formation there it's like uh, something else.
Julie: I can't see it right. Can you describe it to me? I actually can't see it.
Chris: Like he uh hits the w- he bangs the wall knocks over a couple of potted plants and a bottle of laundry detergent and if you look at that uh, it looks like something el- it looks like uh, something else.
Julie: [exasperated]I can't see very well, just tell me what it is, please.
Chris: [enunciating; completely not understanding] Two potted plants and a bottle of laundry detergent. They were on a shelf.
Julie: Yes but- you don't need to be rude about it, I'm just asking.
Chris: I'm sorry.
Julie: That's alright.
Chris: Yeah. Anyways. Knocked them off the shelf. Two potted plants and laundry detergent. [pause, background noise] And then...they get the potted plants get smashed on the floor and uh, the laundry detergent opens up and some of the laundry detergent oozes out.

The page in question

What is this formation Chris is speaking of, I honestly don't know

I love how on the previous page, Sonichu both condones and then condems homosexuality in the same angry rant.

Chris' habit of referencing sexual inuendo but not elaberating on what it means is something I vaguely remember doing as a kid. But I stopped doing it by the time I was 12, while Chris was still self-censoring until well into his 20s.

don't all special ed kids have IEPs?

Silly boys~ on the forum thinking Chris "won" because he made a couple hundred of dollars - Chris won because by simply selling his picture on eBay he set in motion the civil war that will tear this forum apart. "We are all sons of bitches now" he sighed as he saw the mushroom clouds lighting up computer monitors the world over.

Looking at Chris' eBay feedback, it seems that he has already made some LEGO purchases. Does anybody want to figure out what he bought? The seller has "only" 2000 items. :P

At that quantity it must be something very expensive. Wouldn't surprise me if Chris already spent all the money he's made so far.

What were Borb's drink of choice when they were barflies in the 80s? and why did they stop?
Bob: I think his may have been a bottle of Wild Turkey or Jack Daniels whiskey, which he often kept hidden in the garden or in his greenhouse.
Barb: Cheap beer. Maybe miller/coors light so the beer wasnt so fattening (she got fat anyway!)

I have a question...Is Jack Thaddeus really Ahuviya? Or is that just a Chris-chan claim? Or did Ahuviya really confirm it? I saw the video and I'm trying to wrap my head around it. Much thank yous~

It looks like that seller only sells Lego people parts, so we'll probably find out soon enough, next time he posts a fantasy picture. Maybe he's building some more sweethearts from the ground up.
