"angry" gamers/critics

I've seen a few Simpsons artists' deviantArt accounts and they have some seriously talented people working on it, so why it's so stiff and boring looking 99% of the time is beyond me.

I mean look at this shit, it's beautiful.
It's because Matt and Fox hate fun.

when i was on his channel, strider did have a few other videos i could've brought up, but they were mostly commentaries of his reviews. nothing really of much interest

I haven't seen anything from NC in a long time and after just checking now, I see he's pulling a Vladimir Lenin with his shaved head/balding and goatee. I never knew stating the obvious and rehashing already unfunny jokes was so stressful and turned people towards communism. Does anyone know when he made this change from scrawny Little Rascals to anorexic ReviewTechUSA?

Also, what is up with these "angry" reviewers and having mental problems? MysteriousMisterEnter with his self proclaimed autism, SpoonyOne with his bipolar issues and fragile ego, Angry Joe with was is most likely ADHD, the list goes on and on. It seems only AVGN is more or less normal since his angry character was made as a parody of how his child self would act as an adult.

Granted, any community of anything will have people with their fair share of problems, we are all humans. But to me it feels like these people became angry reviewers for a reason. Be it for the shekels or be it for the fame, they could have easily done something else with their life other than review obviously bad content and ironically producing bad content in the process.

Strangely, I have to give MME props for just simply being himself when he reviews, despite however cringy it may be. As for people like Nostalgia Critic, I don't understand why he doesn't just drop the shrunken suit and taco bell sauce stained red tie already. Every video he does is 25 minutes of dumb skits and 5 minutes of actual reviewing, with half of the actual review revolving around a hyperbolic joke.

I'm glad NC brought something like The Room into the hands of a much bigger audience, but something as good as that is instantly countered with how he made channel awesome the shit-show it is now by turning it into a poorly ran sjw-focused business.

Again, many (or rather, all) of these just feel like Enter having an autistic nitpick shitfit than actual cliches.

Something tells me that Enter's only bitching about cartoon parents because of his so-called parental abuse. And his complaints about comic relief characters falls short when you take into consideration that not only is he focusing on movies exclusively (where's the TV shows, Enter?), but also the fact that Growing Around attempted it with the girl co-lead.

I've read interviews from past Simpsons animators, it basically comes down to Matt having a weird disdain for "cartoony" animation, likely from the series early wonky Tracy Ulman days, its a mix of that and typical TV deadlines and such.

What gets me is that not only is the animation criminally stiff, but like anime the cars are all very obvious cgi, even though they're essentially just blocks with coins.

So what's his parental issues, in short?
