Also no doctor would diagonis serious mental illness in their teens. As the brain is still developing and can be a hormonal imbalance over actual mental illness. Giving someone the medication for a mood disorder they don't have would fuck them up.
Not always true, but generally true. Hypochondriac and/or attention seeking Munchausen's by proxy parents can definitely shop around to find their kids the diagnoses they seek from desperate and/or unethical psychiatrists/doctors. I speak from experience. Russ' parents, however, do not strike me as the type to do such things.

It's hilarious that he acts like depression and anxiety make his behavior okay. Lots of people suffer from anxiety and depression. Incredibly few people sue Taylor Swift for her lack of playing footsie with them and can't get laid in whorehouses. In fact, there might only be one person who has done those two things due to anxiety and depression.

"Your country's SCOTUS...." Oh, Russell. What in fuck's name do you think "OTUS" stands for? Like, the "US" part?

Since he is reading this, I won't bother explaining what other soothing essential oils can be had besides the lavender he found with a 30-second Google, but frankincense and patchouli are both absurdly common. I know an EO perfumer who makes a blend of the two. Of course, Kayli is playing him like a fiddle. All patchouli will do for Russhole is make him smell like he wants to legalize not only brothels, but pot dispensaries. (Granted, that may be an improvement over the current smell situation.)

Edited to add: For a guy with a lofty paralegal certificate, his grammar is telling. He'd not be the only one to make this mistake, but notice he says "counselors which" like they were improperly performing objects, not "counselors who" which is the correct way to acknowledge someone besides himself is a person.

Russell seems like the type of guy who before doing the deed would literally ask the escort if she was abused as a child. Of course she's going to say no, what woman would tell her client something like that?
What Russell fails to realize is that he is the worst type of client. Any escort rather deal with some guy who cums and leaves in 15 minutes with no small talk, VS some guy who wants her to pretend to be his girlfriend for an hour. The latter is not only just as unpleasurable as the cum and run guy, its psychologically draining for the escort to have to put on an act and pretend to be something that she isn't. He shows his selfishness once again by using the escort as his own personal therapist with no thought on how that may effect her, given that wasn't what she signed up for nor is she qualified for the task.

I'm not for or against prostitution, I had a friend who was a stripper and I saw what it did to her and it wasn't pretty. I think Sharie is 100% correct, most women in the sex trade were abused or molested as kids. A good percentage of these women are drug addicts or down on their luck through no fault of their own. Yes I know we all make choices in life that can lead to our own misfortunes, but I can also make the choice of not taking advantage of someone else's crappy situation for my own gain. Which is what John's are doing when they are buying sex hence the stigma thats around it.

I can't say I'd want to trade spaces with some girl at the bunny ranch and I doubt Russ would either. Ironically most of those girls would probably kill for an "incel" type of lifestyle where they were left alone.

Funny that you mention that particular error. Both legal writing professors I know get infuriated with any paper containing misuses of the words that/which/who in that context.

For someone who claims to care so much about his education as a paralegal, Greer seems very unfamiliar with the rather high expectations for legal workers' writing skills. He really does place all his effort in all the wrong avenues.

O f course, Kayli is playing him like a fiddle.

Pretty much every "friend" who comments on his posts are just egging him on. They're not his real friends, they have no respect for him, and they laugh about him behind his back.

I love how he's so stupid that he can't see it. Russell thinks these people support him but a true friend would tell him to knock it off and stop being a fool. Russell would block that person and take offense while thinking people like Kayli support him.

This dude is someone who has never had a true, real friendship in his life.

I don't think he'd want a real friend anyways. Being told he's wrong is like being told he's an awful, flawed person who has no value. He's a narcissist of the highest order. All Russ wants is yes men and unending praise- anything less than that would be Russ settling which is not something he's willing to do.

Most people can handle being told they're wrong, even if they get mad at first and end up accepting it. Russ cannot handle this sort of honesty. He'll rage block you, seethe, and obsess about it until the next person irks him. He's a hollow, husk of a man made of 50% lust and 50% impotent rage.

I agree it does happen. But I'm just saying it sounds like Russ hasn't been seen by a psych doctor since his teens. So any diagnosis he may or may not have gotten is probably inaccurate by now, or forced as you mentioned. And if he did get the diagnosis he claims, he'd know what bipolar means.

But in the end, as you said, he's just using it as a crutch. Since Russ can't cry about his face enough he heaps on other issues to play the victim.

He claims he's mentally sound, then mere MINUTES later contradicts it by saying "I'm off my meds weeeee."

"I'm not mentally ill except if you count these three mental illnesses I have and how they influence my behavior."

The tragedy (and I'm using this word in the loosest sense possible) of Russell is that, though many of his issues I believe could be mitigated by having someone to chat to, he is simply not mentally equipped to handle friendships. To us normals, we can handle rocks in the road and understand that friends can sometimes fight and not approve of something we do or say. To Russell, a "friendship" is someone who tells him that everything he does is amazing- any deviation from that, he sees as a betrayal.

Russell cannot handle friends. Only an echo chamber and a screech into the void of the farms.

Russ is probably just dumb when he says stuff like he has bipolar and depression without realizing the redundancy, but I’m pretty sure he is legit bipolar. He shows all the signs of having hypomanic episodes - delusions of grandeur, being up at all odd hours of the night, losing his touch of reality, making like three posts at a time or editing the same post a billion times because he’s hyperfocusing on something.

I wouldn’t be surprised if him getting arrested was the catalyst for him seeing a professional who figured it out. He probably doesn’t care to learn more or remember anything about his condition because he’s a narcissist who doesn’t want to put honest thought into how a mental condition could mess him up - hence why he doesn’t take medication also.

Oh, absolutely. His struggle with unmedicated bipolar disorder seems rather obvious.

His manic episodes are regularly scheduled at this point. You can watch his chimp outs like people (used to?) watch their favorite network TV shows: Russ hits a road block, has 15 minutes of reflection, then a public chimp out. And in true narcissist fashion, once he's finished his chimp out, he revises history to make himself the hero.

Since we have good evidence you're reading this thread again, Russhole, thanks for noticing me, senpai. Consider taking your meds. Your demons (Taylor Swift and other 9+/10s) will be constants in your life.

Edit: took out autocorrected extra words.

I totally agree that he has hypomanic episodes. That bleeds into the assumption of him having NPD. But rarely does Russ have the lows. Any moment of clarity is usually forced by someone (sister/family) telling him to stop. Not because Russ actually feels it himself. As even within the day he'll double down on his manic ideals. Any threats of suicide are him baiting and not serious. Russ doesn't feel depressed or sorry for his actions.

It's a pretty good sign he never did anything involving formal writing. While my formal writing is generally impeccable, the one thing that landed a submission back on my desk within ten minutes was a that/which problem. Ever since then, my final proofreading step is a "which hunt" making sure those are all correct, since I still make that mistake from time to time.

An oversimplified and occasionally inaccurate rule of thumb is that if the phrase containing it can be set off with a comma, it should be a "which," and if it occurs within the same phrase, it should be a "that."

And 50% retardation. And 50% narcissism. And 50% each of slobber and drool.
