I hadn't been following ResetERA and I'm sure someone has said this already but it's pretty funny how they over corrected on the banning from NeoGAF. They intended to set themselves apart to do things differently and since inexplicable secretive bans were a huge complaint about NeoGAF they are going full transparency and loudly proclaiming to all exactly why someone was banned.

but they are banning them for the exact same, or worse, reasons as NeoGAF. So the process is actually worse than NeoGAF because you have giant banners going "THIS USER WAS DEEMED PROBLEMATIC: ONE DAY BAN" or "I DID NOT GET THIS JOKE: USER WARNED." At least with the secret bans you had plausible deniability when people said you were being moderated by sjws pushing agendas.

The more zealous SJWs want to publicly shame and humiliate anyone they deem "problematic" (be they Republican, "racist/sexist", or even one of their own if they fall out of favor), so this could be the mods' attempt at doing that. Given some of their reasons for a warning or a ban like "extreme mansplaining", I would be surprised if this wasn't the case.

The thing to consider is that the mods there are the exact same mods from Neogaf, that should say alot about it.

I've read that twice now and I have no idea what his arguement is. Is he arguing that war crimes from Islamic cultures get a free pass because Western powers fucked them? Or terrorist attrocities are okay because they think it's okay? Shit, the origional poster isnt that hard to rebuke and he still fucked it up.

Also the author is wrong the train of thought of Dunki is actually the common one across the world. Us vs them is way more common than "I'm willing to ignore a load of people getting run over at a christmas festival because I don't like my leaders".
