If real, she should call him during the stream if only for the laughs. It'd be interesting to see if he stops flailing his arms around like a tard to answer the phone or not. And since he's such a bad actor and can't hide his emotions for shit, it'd be great to see the look on his face as he tries to pretend like it's just another "solicitor" he can ignore.

The proof lays in a company he registered called "Burnell Productions" that seems to have appeared very recently (someone posted the proof in the megathread)

However, my interpretation of the tax law means he wouldn't be liable to even pay that much considering probably 75% of his income is for royalties.

Its impossible to really know how much he owes in terms of backtaxes though or what payment plan he may be on.

I hadn't considered this, but that would actually explain his sudden jump in goal amount for this month in patreon if he was trying to cover a sudden large bill.

Of course, it's also because he wants more than usual while not risking meeting the goal where he actually has to play the games, but still.

There's not a shadow of doubt Phil is lying about his finances. Just exclude the escorts story and look at the facts. DSP has flew out a woman 3 times in the last 6 months from across the country, he is at least feeding her, and he bought brand new decorations because the old ones reminded him of Leanna too much. Nobody who is in financial distress I doing those things, nobody.

So let's say this escort thing is true, that's it for him. Phil is using Patreon donations to pay for escorts when he is screaming he has bill problems everyday? Die hard fan or not, people are dropping support after that. Phil has been caught red handed multiple times but that's him jumping in a pool of red paint.

Fraud, Prostitution... This would be legitmately career ending if its all true.

I somewhat disagree though, his paypigs would still be there giving him their life savings like now. Only thing that could fuck a cockroach like him would be if it made news.

If Phil is exposed as paying for an escort to act like his gf (which at this point most of us are beginning to begrudgingly believe) it means he has money to just throw away like a lunatic.

Donations will get cut down like crazy.

His already bewilderingly bad reputation will hit new lows.

He will literally have no leg to stand on when he tries to laugh off criticisms about his lifestyle.

He will be exposed as pathetic in a way anyone can see.

Don't be a dumb shit, they Dutch aren't who she has to worry about. If U.S. ICE gets word that she's coming into the country for an illegal purpose they'll either detain her or deny her entry. They already look pretty hard at people who come into the country on tourist visas frequently as potential Jiahd Joes. Hopefuly she's not such a huge dumb fuck that she uses her legal name as her hooker name, but she's already has one of the more brazen hooker adds I've ever seen (no pretense at all that you aren't paying for sex) so I wouldn't be super surprised. If she comes into the US as much as she acts like she does she's already on ICE's radar for coming and going to much. Assuming that she comes into the us on a tourist visa she is also committing visa fraud by earning wadges while here as a tourist. It's all somewhat unlikely I admit, but the more she shit posts around and draws attention to her self the more likely it becomes.

TL;DR I hope Kim enjoys her time in an ICE detention facility awaiting federal charges and/or deportation and a life time bar on coming back to the US.

I don't know why you care enough to post it, to be honest. I'm just here to laugh at the fat video game man potentially paying for sex, not to be angry and discuss how the United States is going to catch foreign escorts.

This is assuming the following.
1. She actually sues him
2. DSP will not cave in like the card house he is
3. If she ever after suing DSP shows her face in america.
4. already have been shown that kim is not her actual name, most hookers do not use their real names.
5. if the court case never happens, then ice will never know in the first place.

She didn't mention anything about suing him (That would be dumb on her part btw as it only brings LEO attention), she talked about black-listing him from all escort-sites and revealing proof of him being both:
  1. Pathetic enough to pay for sex.
  2. Dishonest enough to be going through so many expenses for sex when he's begging his paypigs for money 24/7.
I'd say this is quite some leverage.
