Actually the only reason he booked me was because i been following his game streams since i was still in school and had constant contact with him so he trusted me more then a random escort.

I wouldnt call myself a Fan or atleast not anymore, i was when i was younger and had fun watching him fail mostly. His best streams that i did love the most where with John Rambo. Things changed however when his prestreams started to mainly consist about money and beside that his content became less interesting with a few minor ok ones inbetween. Yes i had contact with him atleast once a week which was mutual mostly about gameplay until like 4 months ago when he asked if he could book me for a weekend and we discussed it and i said sure why not as long as you pay no problem and all went fine and then i went a 2nd time also no problems he paid and all was good. Now came the 3rd time which started out good except he asked if he could pay half upfront and the other half on the 12th this month i said sure no problem since he paid before without any problems until the 12th came at which he asked can i get an extension because i cant make payment right now, i said fine pay me before January 12 then he said thanks i send him the extension contract he signed and sended it back all still fine with no problem until last night out of no where he said he had to block me because people were catching on that he hired me as of then he broke all contact which is a direct violation of what we agreed upon because he was suppose to stay in contact regarding his payments. So that pissed me off. So for his sake i hope he answers my text messages or answer his phone and for his sake i hope he makes his payments if not then the entire contract becomes nullified with the right to make it public. Null already seen some of it but that was only so he knows that im not here just blabbering a bunch of bs. Pff enough typing for now my finger got tired lol

It's heavily redacted because it's a two-way Non-Disclosure Agreement. For the agreement to be valid, both partners of the NDA must uphold their agreements, which in this case include not violating the NDA itself, and Phil must also pay his dues for the company. If Phil doesn't pay the dues, if Phil violates the NDA by posting pictures of her online, or if she violates the NDA by disclosing concrete evidence the arrangements took place, then the NDA falls apart and is invalidated. She has to wait for him to violate his side of the deal before she can post anything that would violate her's. If she invalidates it, then she is owed no money and can potentially be sued for violating the NDA. If he invalidates it, she can say whatever she wants.
