How about this, I worked for an asshole you've heard of, a public name, as an assistant when I first started out, a decade back who had tons of hooker NDAs, yes they were "escorts" for "time and companionship only" and the hookers sold their stories and the NDAs did jack shit, even if he did have a coke fueled freakout with his lawyer over it.

DSP threads are always full of people looking to pick fights, slow down and calm down man it's cool.

Good find! But I think that, at this point, we (as in, "we who had read the entire thread to this point)" had pretty much agreed that MysteryWoman's identity is kosher. The only problem is that her story doesn't make much sense/has too many holes and conveniences to be true, and those doubts only she can clarify by providing concrete evidence, which he conveniently let a "cop out" mechanism that is unverifiable ("Phil paid me, so we're good, ktxhbie").

Of course, if this is a ruse, I think we can all agree it is still an interesting situation, and I'd love to know the details: was MW hacked? Was she just trolling for fun, or did she thought the attention would be good for her career? Was this entire ploy suggested to her by someone else, or did she came with it on her own? And so on. So, I really, really hope that even if she's lying about the Phil situation, that she at least be a good sport and explain the "op" at the end. I want to be amazed.

:offtopic:you'd probably be surprised to learn how many big dicked guys think having a large penis compensates for any lack of skill. They can be surprisingly mediocre.

It's less about criminal lawsuits or civil suits and more of her Brand getting a bad rep for future and present clients. To put this into perspective, imagine her blogpost here had all the NDA and juicy stuff we all want in it at the same time? That she forgo her NDA Contract SHE implimented with her Clients.

Now imagine if clients of hers and potential clients were to see her say "here if fuck my client I'm mad idc about waiting or contracts!!". Those people would not find comfort in the fact that the possible escort service they picked would try to fuck them if they had a moment.

I'm also under the impression that a Dutch international escort is usually bought by upper class people. Not your average joe, that means they will most likely really give a fuck about their reputation to the public or sections they represent and there money.

Yes, he said he was doing something "and various other things" and stuck to that for a while until Keemstar picked up on it and he knew the gig was up.

Also, he never said he was "scratching his leg", that was from a YouTube comment that spread like wildfire.

The thing is, if Phil was smart he could very easily just pay her up front if he can afford to throw money away like he does. Problem is, he's not smart. He's treating his twitch money as if it doesn't exist and still begs for patreon. He gets more than enough by counting both.

He's creating this huge problem for himself when it doesn't really need to be. Almost like he just wants more attention regardless if it's negative or not. Despite him raging for hours with "bugged criticism mechanics"

I honestly have my suspicions that this saga started when he did the Twitchcon partnership. He made very clear it was sponsored. I'm not 100% on the timeline, but I'm pretty sure he didn't mention da new GF until that happened (could be wrong).

I assume he got paid whatever he did in cold hard cash and didn't know what to do with it.

(yeah I checked da dates, Twitchcon 2017 was October 20th and DSP revealed his GF on November 27th)

Twitchcon must rate as the only 'solid' income that he's had in a long time (as in not an unpredictable amount like YouTube/Patreon/Twitch etc.
