People have been questioning for a long time how exactly he manages to be short on money with what his calculated income is.

This is exactly why its fucking bullshit Twitch still hasn't done a single fucking thing about it. If this all turns out true then Twitch/Amazon are an abhorrent company.

Good question, it certainly explains why he could pay the entire 100% of my rates and wanted to pay half after also explains why he asked for an exatension shortly after and even explains why he tried to screw me out of my money. He probably went overboard with too many expenses and now he is in a shithole he might not even get out off we will see as long as he pays my damn money he owes. Not that it stops there though because i still have some other aces in my pocket i can pull out after the entire payment is done some of which have been already put in place thanks to my husband.

Nope the fight will continue, i might not be as active online then but im still gonna be pissed as much as i would be with anyone who would try to screw me out of my money. So yeah the fight will still continue even then.

Amazing. My guess is that because over the past couple of days that he didn't have Kotaku writing a huge expose about it or Metokur making a video about him, his little brain is convincing itself that this isn't such a big deal and he could survive whatever you have.
Of course he's wrong.

If he doesn't put up the $1000 by next week will you consider the contract null at that point, or would you wait until the 12th?

Why would Twitch care? I thought this was already established with them turning a blind eye to Phil breaking the ToS. So long as they get their cut, they are happy.

Because if this is all true, it may be the first actual solid proof that DSP has been bullshitting about everything.

As far as I'm aware there hasn't been anything on this level presented besides accusations.

But again, Twitch isn't in the business of holding some moral court. They are in the business of making money. If Phil is exposed for buying hookers while crying poor and his autistic cult keeps throwing money at him through their service regardless, do you they will do anything about it?

If they had proof, then yes. The problem is no one has given actual evidence that I'm aware of.
