AFAIK the contract probably states that the NDA element is null and void in the case of non-payment. Meaning the escort's recourse is to warn other people about a client who doesn't pay. The client is the person who counter signs this contract, thereby agreeing to this term (whether its legally binding or not doesn't really matter unless someone wants to take it to court, I'm assuming this was the equivalent of a "handshake deal" but in writing)
