We are on a message board discussing things. Nobody is going to Phil and bothering him. On the contrary, you are coming HERE and calling everyone names and trolling. If you don't like it don't post here, same way if we don't like something we don't go to it. But we have a right to discuss whatever we want. It's called free speech. Because he repeatedly asks the general public for help with his finances and doesn't produce any evidence showing his financial situation. One involves the potential of taking advantage of the general public and one involves private occurrences that happen in the bedroom.

Again there's an easy solution:
  • If you don't want to hear stories about your love life then don't tell people stories about it in the first place
  • If you don't want to be asked to prove your financial status, then don't ask the general public for help with your finances.

You are the most delusional person in the subsection of KF. To this day, you have yet to answer any questions honestly or have been fair in anything you've stated. Your friend @Whale Kermin made recorded statements about your mental health to myself in private during your little lawsuit talks prior to ever talking in a 3 way manner. How him and others were afraid of you and claimed you were becoming "a danger to yourself and others over the internet drama and people are nervous of Vidar" and how you were acting "off-putting" in real life, making odd statements that reminded him of someone suffering from a mental breakdown and clear cut insanity or constantly feeling like you were being watched, how you stayed up for 72 hours straight on the internet trying to find a way to "get me and others to go away" and making drawings of daemons and planning curses on detractors, how you kept pretending on the internet and actually adopting the lies you formed as apart of your personality. They had to talk you out of investing the equivalent of supposedly $500,000 dollars to financial bankrupt myself and @Null to make a "point" to the "detractors" for slandering you and DSP.

You are so far gone from reality that your real life friends begged me to just let you feel like you "won" so they didn't have to have you commit to a facility to get some clinical help. Now I withheld this from some time as I agreed with @Whale Kermin that you were obviously losing your grip on things and he convinced me he would help you go see a doctor about it. I hope he did that for your sake but from the responses you've made here, seems like you didn't.

I'd love to hear you talk about this in depth if you don't mind and maybe you can vent away your issues so others can't actually get a valid response from you that isn't bogged down in your typical retoric. Thanks man

Phil asking the public for donations in such a widespread manner means that he is quite literally soliciting anyone who happens to see his pre-streams/kahntent/beg-a-thons/whatever-you-want-to-call-it for money. He is making an appeal to anyone who sees his content. As people who have eyes and ears, this includes the folks who you and Phil lovingly refer to as, "detractors." If Phil is hell-bent on asking for money from the public in the manner that so many others have done via the routes of things like Patreon, the Twitch sub and bit programs, Teespring, and his ridiculous "tips" campaign, he is going to be open to public scrutiny. There is an entire website devoted to scams that have been run using GoFundMe, and you can find multiple examples of even Patreon scams run by less-than-moral people. As this newer form of making a living via the Internet becomes more widespread, people looking to make a fast buck off of unsuspecting rubes is going to be a reality.

How does all of this apply to Phil? Great question. With Phil actively courting any and all on the Internet to help finance his lifestyle, he is completely open to scrutiny by the same public on whether or not he is deemed deserving of such support. He is not exempt from people examining the evidence of his lifestyle to figure out whether he is being entirely truthful regarding his financial woes. After all, the Internet is a totally open community that brings in all kinds. As someone once said to Andrew Dobson, "This is the Internet. Prepare to get your shit kicked in if you think for a second you are immune to criticism." Phil isn't asking a small amount of specific individuals to fund him. He's asking everyone. That opens him up to public scrutiny on whether his statements check out. If people determine that he isn't being forthright with his claims, then it should be expected that there will be accusations made. There are users on KF who do a pretty spectacular job of tracking the amount of money Phil brings in via streams, Patreon, Twitch subs, bits, etc. The information these individuals and others uncover and piece together creates an image that is inconsistent with the doom and gloom Phil so regularly employs in his marketing tactics. The fact that a person can almost set their watch by the way that a new career-ending disaster materializes every quarter (now getting closer to a monthly basis) should be a red flag for Phil. If a person were actually facing threats of this magnitude to their livelihood with such regularity, they would be making emergency choices to curb spending and get themselves back into the black as soon as possible. This is why people scrutinize Phil's financial situation so much. They're doing it because it makes zero sense with what a logical person could be doing to address the problem of a failing business. This leads us to one of two possible conclusions for Phil. Either he's being deliberately deceitful with the intention of fleecing as much money from people as he can, or he's actually this bad at managing his own business and is unable to balance a budget to keep himself living within his means.

Hanlon's Razor states that one should never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. In Phil's case, this line is blurred.

The fact that he records his life crashing and burning, and then puts it on the internet for everyone to see doesn't mean I am the one trying to take him down.
