The NDA is not some sort of oral agreement they went over the phone in 2 minutes. I am rather sure there is a written form somewhere - paper form or online. But we'll never know if he pays. Other clients will never know if he pays. There's no credibility at risk here. He can send her $10,000 tomorrow and we'll never know it. She can say it didn't arrive, or that it wasn't the right amount, or just never mention it at all and vanish. Or she can say that it did arrive when it didn't to keep the story going and not have to post the tape.
She can break the NDA anytime she wants for any reason she wants because it's a less-than-a-handshake-agreement-make-believe piece of paperwork, at best. If the tape is real, game theory tells you to just cut your losses.
No its not. The NDA becomes invalidated in the event of non-payment. Which is on the 12th of January.
Also if the video features her it's not revenge porn, it's just her porn
It's not a legal document doooooooooooooooooooooooood. If you sign a contract that says you have to move to Pluto if you can't do a triple backflip, you aren't going to have to get on a rocketship in the event of failure.
This is wrong unless it she properly filed model agreements, and even if she did, it would make the idea of an NDA even more laughable.
Read "the oxford handbook of the economics of prostitution" it explains a lot about contracts better than anyone in this thread would be able to.
Either way the brownie story would just be a piece of solid evidence to make her story more likely.

Pay the hoe or get yo shit kicked in.But im street smart not books smart![]()
I did last time it was posted, it has 1 and half page on the subject of contracts, mentions NDAs zero-times and basically says "None of this shit is enforceable."
That's nonsense, though
"A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) [...] is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties. It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects non-public business information. Like all contracts, they cannot be enforced if the contracted activities are felonies."
Wiki is right here and confirms what I said above:
It's a legal contract UNLESS any of it goes against the law. No backflipping into outer space or something
