No company is going to hire a guy who sued pop stars because they wouldn't give him special favors. They are particularly not going to hire a guy who's used company resources for personal gain. Law firms use Lexus-Nexus along with other powerful search engines, and those are pricey. They're not going to tolerate a guy who tries to look up info on women who've had the audacity to tell him no.

The thing that gets me is his sense of being above the rules. It was explained to him, both by the judge, and TS's agent why his claims weren't valid and I don't buy that he doesn't understand that. He's batting with normal intelligence. He understands what they said, he just thinks the rules that everyone else has to live by don't apply to him because he's special. He thinks there's a separate set of rules that apply only to him, and give him special privileges we lesser mortals don't get.

Greg Skordas is a bad dude only because he ”cockblocked” Russell. Everyone else I’ve come across has stated that he’s a pretty great lawyer. But then again I’m biased towards believing the non-bamboon over Shit Lips any day of the week

I don’t think this even needs to be qualified. Any opinion Russ gives on a person you can safely assume the opposite is true. Russ’s behavior has ensured no one believes a word he says about anyone. It’s always obvious he’s the raging idiot asshole in every situation, not the other person.

In fact if Russ has a high opinion of you, then there’s probably a problem. He pretty much bitches about everyone, the few ppl he’s ever praised online tend to be assholes. The few I recall off hand that got praise from Russ were Trump, various racist assholes in the news, etc... The exception is various females he praises until they don’t fuck him/fall madly in love...then he immediately starts shit talking them too.

Could it perhaps also be his lawyer friend he was talking about and that they have a falling out? I expect he is talking about Skordas, but it would also make sense for him to call the lawyer friend 'not a nice person' if he was the guy with whom he just broke of the friendship, the one who showed him his dingle. (which is pure speculation that this might be the case)
But yes you are probably correct that he is talking about Greg Skordas, but the fact that the book mentions multiple lawyers (TSwift Lawyer, lawyer friend, lawyer who didn't take his case and mentioned that he was being stupid, the lawyer who did want to take the case but Russell didn't want to pay and I think at least one or two other who decided not to take his case) makes this post in itself quite difficult to udnerstand for everyone who does not know the actual background of his court cases.
This is the type of writing I think his writing samples will also show, which is why it would be better for him not to send them, because I would imagine most lawyers would want their paralegals to be precise

If you tell Russ "no" or deny him what he feels he is owed for having a gimp face (everything), you are a bad person. That's his sole criteria for determining your value. I was disappointed that Skordas didn't seem to be pursuing the court costs he was awarded. Russ needs to suffer serious consequences for his actions. I suspect getting his already meager paycheck garnished might knock some sense into him where nothing else could. We know he doesn't like to part with his hooker funds.

Oh how right you are.

He thought the "don't make terrorist threats as a prank" rule did not apply to him, because it was obviously a joke, I mean common, loosen up you guise, and besides, the "kill list" part of that wasn't even him -- some other kids added it, pinky swear!

He thought the "no premarital sex" rule shouldn't apply to him, because he's freaking disabled which is why can't get a woman unless he pays for one, even though it goes against Mormon beliefs; he deserves to get some human interaction, dammit!

He thinks the "you cannot buy or sell sex in the state of Utah" rule should not apply to him, because it's discriminatory against disabled people like him who have to buy sex off the black market or spend money to travel to brothels in Nevada where it's legal.

He thought the "do not touch the strippers" rule shouldn't apply to him, because damn, son, they're taking their clothes off! it's basically prostitution anyway! plus he brought flowers, and probably tipped her $10, and bought her two drinks!

He thought that the "no gifts" rule of the meet-'n-greet did not apply to him, because he'd put so much lovesperge and effort into them, plus they were just flowers and a scrapbook; they only care about creeps bringing diamond rings, you know?

He thought that the "absolutely no unsolicited works" rule shouldn't apply to him, because again, he put time and money into it; plus, she'd accepted other gifts (nevermind that they weren't music) so she's clearly obligated to accept his.

He thought the "BE ON TIME TO COURT" rule didn't apply to him, because the alarm in his phone was wrong, and anyway he last minute shit to get in order which the judge like totally disregarded and didn't even let him present once he got there.

I could go on.

Rusty is definitely someone that shouldn't be weened. He produces more malk on his own than he would with someone pestering him. Usually when a ween gets involved, it just shuts the Rust Train down.

This new girl isn't as fun but I respect her game. Kayli was too hilarious and obvious at times and it caused Russ to not trust her and now he doesn't reveal much to her. The new girl plays him like a fiddle, I'm surprised he doesn't openly creep on her more but I'm sure her PMs are loaded. We'll def get a look at those messages soon.
