Those are babugeri costumes, which are part of pagan traditions in Bulgeria. The photographer Charles Freger did a really amazing series of photographs depicting costumes like these. http://www.charlesfreger.com/portfolio/wilder-mann/What are these called? I'd like to know more about them.

Lol this is an old, old suit of Beastcub's. I think one of the first she did while under that name. You should see some of her RECENT work. Amazing costuming skill, but yeesh. Some really hit the uncanny valley gspot. Here's her gallery, enjoy.
