She's tweeted directly to phil's twitter hundreds of times, and been in HIS stream chat, in a thread directly pertaining to him, while talking about him and linking videos about him. She made the connection clear and therefore verified that if there is an NDA she has violated it. I'm not sure if what you're saying is a joke or not but hope it is and I'm just too damn dumb to get it.

Oh no, she had an ace in her hand all along! She used us to get her money and mission complete. Any BS about 'missing an opportunity' would only come down to 'I have an NDA, I can't do anything until he breaks it' just as we've had for 242 pages. It was fun while it lasted but in the grand scheme of things she 'got her money' from the drama this all caused and pity bucks Phil got as a result. If she's annoyed at the sudden turn on her it's purely down to holes in her story being exposed and the embellishments added to the story being a combination of ridiculous, not her business anyway and significantly more serious.

There's no proof MW was paid and her actions since 'being paid' have shown that attention and drama was one of the reasons she came here. But with no proof of either MW being paid or Phil having a tax bill, we need to be open to the possibility that all MW's tenure here achieved is 10 grand in Phil's pocket and fuck all else.

It's difficult to not get invested in such an interesting story (not only because of DSP and the hilarity of an escort posting on KF, but also the legal/NDA aspects) but a lot of people seem to forget that this was always about payment. Everyone knew that DSP would never be stupid enough to not pay this bill in particular.

  • 80% true because if she's an escort then she can see who else has hired the same client through her website. That doesn't mean they all costs tens of thousands of dollars or that he tried to get away with not paying them. That doesn't necessarily mean they're interested in this story or DSP.

  • 10-20% true
• Sexual harassment allegations by some other party
  • 5-10% true

Given that I don't actually believe he has a girlfriend, that means that not only did he do a hardcore begathon to pay off MW, it also means that he sent a framed picture of himself and MW to his parents. He seems to be extremely hellbent on not only just denying this story but the notion that he would ever, ever pay for the company of a woman which means if what I've said is correct he will be going to insane means to try and make a convincing side of his story especially since this story now involves not only his income, his fanbase/paypigs but also his parents.

So yeah, my opinion is that you get to choose between a known liar and a knowing liar. There's a big difference between those two.

Honestly, as fucked-up as it seems, it's possible that the entire thing was just for Phil's benefit. He NEEDED money urgently, for whatever reason (let's just say it actually is fucking taxes).

The theory: This bogeyman was created with Phil's knowledge and consent, and Phil benefitted from it. It's debatable how much he'd have received had he begged his usual way without the escort speculation going on but Phil has gone on record saying he did so well BECAUSE of it.

Phil's demonstrated in the past he's not shy in talking shit about himself during jackbox games because he wanted to win them, and nothing which was said by the escort was damaging at all to Phil IMO. The escort is a real escort but was also a big Phil fan and might still be, for all we know. Phil is accustomed to earning substantially more around December/January and created a way to ensure this would continue despite the YouTube money falling.

That's the theory anyway - the facts are currently that this escort no longer is too interested in getting revenge on Phil. In the past there was this whole "even if he pays I'm gonna fuck with him" kinda thing going on. Now it's complete indifference. So either an escort is happy they are got paid for services rendered, or Phil is happy people thought his escort fan rumours were real enough for people to support him heavily through December.
