Guys, MW has said she is going to stick around and then destroy Phil if he breaks his agreement so keep yer eyes peeled ok!

Let her know if he breaks the agreement. The one she refuses to tell us what it contains. The one that covers things that Phil has already ardently denied happened and he 'already paid', albeit late. The one that somehow hasn't already been broken with the stuff bandied around here. Send her screen-caps and recordings if you can guess what magical terms were in this NDA that Phil could have broken and by golly nothing will stop her until Phil is toppled.

For someone urging we get a 'life beyond Phil' that certainly sounds like you're asking us to commit autism and report back to you.

Doesn't activate my almonds. As she already stated that isn't her in those photos.

Only thing it adds some validity to is that initial tweet where she said her hair was Aubern. You know, back when she was pretending that she was the soulmate proper.

I've been silently reading this thread and the whining thread for a couple of days now, and I think I have come to my conclusion about this whole kerfuffle:

I think the problem here is that some people thought they had a silver bullet on Phil, and are now disappointed that it came to (seemingly) nothing.

Well, it was already advertised from day 1 that @MysteryWoman's aim is to get her money and not be forced to shoot said bullet. Now a common question I have seen is what's behind the NDA after all that was revealed? Well, I'm surprised that people didn't pick up on it earlier, but what remains is Phil's signature and identification copies. That's the only piece of highly irrefutable evidence that would fully confirm the story without a shadow of doubt. But it's a mutually assured destruction kind of thing: If she uses it, then she destroys Phil, but she also risks destroying her livelihood for good in addition to surely losing Phil's money.

Now, IMO, this is where it gets very interesting, It's not too implausible that MysteryWoman was only intending to reveal enough info to make Phil sweat for a bit and give her the money, but our autism was far too strong than she anticipated, we found out/verified too much info and burned very fast through her wiggle room, which she planned to keep in place in case Phil paid.

So now the truly outlandish claims began: Tiffany, 3 escorts, a million-subscriber podcast, rape allegations..etc., and if you think about it, the timing of said claims was suspiciously close to the date she announced that he made payment. All in an effort to muddy the waters again and give Phil a gray area to operate in, which is very understandable, because being seen as untrustworthy to a bunch of no-lifers is nothing compared to being an escort who fucked up the reputation of a paying client. It's a very simple calculation. It also explains why Phil still isn't saying her name on stream or threatening to sue even after she baselessly accused him of rape. This also explains why she's been coming back to engage in circular arguments: To grow the haystack and thus make the solid info harder to find.

I believe everything fits if you rethink the whole affair with the above in mind. Even the outlandish and out there stuff.

This brings up a new question: What do we believe, and what do we discard?
  1. Discard everything she stated after the Christmas stream, for me, that's where the big contradictions began.
  2. Discard everything she stated that has people other than her (Tiffany, the other escorts, podcasts..etc.).
  3. Discard everything that isn't related to the Girlfriend timeline, stuff like the framed pictures, the calls in midnight, his size, woofing..etc.
  4. Disregard everything Phil says about his girlfriend, as well as any appearances for the 1st 6 months, because Philly-boy's now incentivized to prove the existence of the girlfriend, and he isn't above getting another (local) escort to play girlfriend or a few weeks. Remember, all he has to do is to show her on stream for a few minutes every other day for the lie to stick.
  5. Keep everything we managed to independently verify, like flights, hair color, the veracity of her social accounts, essentially, keep only the bare bones of the original story.
