Why do tumblr artists draw noses realistic on cartoon/anime style characters or make the noses so big on the face? It really make the work look so odd and ugly. They always gotta do it to the characters I actually like.. I assume the first one is Komaeda, Hinata, and Chiaki...? I honestly can't tell with all that bright ass pink in my face.

Also I really hate the picture with Tamaki, Denki, and Kirishima. I'm guessing they're supposed to be polyamorous, gay, and probably also trans, knowing Tumblr.. Why can't they ever just keep them the way they are? It honestly devoids them of all personality when you draw everybody as these happy go lucky snowflake faggots.

I am bit peeved that these people who feel the need to tell people that we shouldnt critique the doki doki art are the same people who do witch hunts on artists who happened to draw a character slighty wrong like the ohnips girl who did the genderbend of dream daddy or zami00 who drew Rose Quartz slightly thin.

Its like if you want to be on tumblr's good side then you have to draw the characters totally out of their canon representation, but god forbid if you do draw them as they are in canon but slightly tweek something such as weight or sex.

Interesting, both of followed both ohnips and zami00 before the drama happened and see the drama in first hand. With zami00 drama, it wasn't just Rose Quartz was thin but as well, drawing fanart of ocs who belong to convicted pedophile and saying poor choice of words. That's add more fuel to her drama and almost dig herself in grave. Zami00 was bad example to hand Tumblr (which already bad to begin with).

also in this one the girl really is dark skinned in the game (well rantaro is very pale in cannon so i guess they made him ambiguously brown in purpose in the drawing? Idk i think the designs were respected)

I don't know them all too well but their art, while not the worst, is your pretty basic Tumblr, SU-esque style. Anyway, this was a zine they made that was actually displayed at my school's Juried Undergrad Exhibition. It clearly wants to make white people angry but I, a white person, just felt it was trying to hard to be edgy and progressive:

I think this just for teaching one's kid to be respectful to other people even though it might looked as if it sugarcoating it or have a bit SJW-ish vibe but this isn't too much tryhard or tendentious...at least for me

no one in real life would aggressively reject a hug like this. and the person who offered it wouldn’t passively leave them unless they were trying to fuck with them. it’s just a dumb comic made by someone who doesn’t know how people work.
