Yeah I would really advise against any sort of jumping at this point, those poor bones, tendons and ligaments are probably under enough pressure already even with her definition of "walking" (waddling). People fuck up their knees from a few skydives, imagine what a few years of walrus weight will do.

I’m not sure what disgusts me the most about this video: the way the camera sways like a ship-in-a-storm movie when she walks, the fact that she immediately calculates the total calories in a carton of ice cream, the fact that she had to step over a jump rope (instead of, you know, jumping over it), or the fact that she looked like a live-action, female Humpty Dumpty when she covered half of her body with a white blanket.
