A pound of fat is generally considered to have 3.5k calories (energy). For our purposes we'll say it's 3.2k, because that makes the math easier when converting it to Halo Top pints. Roughly 10 Halo Top pints is 1lb of fat in calories.

The 490lb AL, who should be around 130lbs, has 360 lbs to lose. That is a staggering 1.15 million calories.

Put another way -- roughly 3,600 Halo Tops worth of calories.

Whenever I look at her, all I can think is that there is a normal sized skeleton in there. A normal, 5’3 skeleton. Her fat is forcing it into an abnormal pose constantly. You can see it in the waddling gifs above, the way her legs splay outwards from the knees. She can never put her arms down, her fat causes her to have permanently have her arms raised and away from her body. Her bones and joints must be screaming.

I don't understand how the gay boiz let AL move in so they could keep the house, yet Eric quit his job recently-ish and Becky quit her job (which I would assume would be grounds for eviction when you're in a dire situation like that) for shaky reasons. Nothing about these people makes any sense. Are they all just that self-loathing and codependent?

Whenever I see a GIF of this creature, I am reminded of Egon, Winston, and Venkman staring at Stantz as he tries to apologize for envisioning the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

You can just tell that she needed twenty minutes and a peanut butter snack to recover after that slow-motion chase.

All I can think of when I look at her is, I feel for sorry for the EMT's and coroner who will have to cut through the blubber.

She needs a snack to go to the grocery store. Like my 3 year old. I wonder if she takes a container of Cheerios and strawberries too?
