It actually does tend to be different when you promise loads of things for a game, get tons of people backing it/paying for early copies on Kickstarter, and then nothing even gets released. Say what you will about Mighty No.9/Yooka-Laylee, but at least they actually did release, unlike Petey-boy's "Godus", which is apparently dead in the water and never going to be made, leaving everyone that supported it out of pocket.
And he never said Phil is part of the industry, just that he's the biggest arsehole he's aware of that is related to the overall culture of gaming.
