As at the beginning of every month, I went to check how's Alex's Patreon – payments get processed and Patreon can update the pledge amount to its actual value. Things seem to look pretty dire for him: the pledges dropped to $4117, which is the lowest since June 2016. Most of the money comes from the 22 whales donating at least $100 each. The total number of patrons doesn't change much, it's been roughly the same the whole 2017. It looks like many patrons are either lowering their pledges or being replaced with less paying patrons.

I’m so glad I never supported him. The only thing that stopped me was the lack of a rival. If he had ever gotten around to making that demo then I, along with probably many others, would’ve seriously started to support the game.

When you write, the smartest thing to do is to write out your plan or whatever you're working on currently, then come back to it and read it with a fresh and open mind. Hell, do it with another person too; to try and keep things objective. You'll catch errors or realize the idea sucks more often than not. But then Alex the lazy autistic narcissist thinks his shit is gold from the first draft on, similar to that one guy who accidentally made this forum possible... last name Chandler, first name Chris.
