To document an undercurrent of this chimpout there is a lot of furries using the abuse comic drama at hand as an opening to assault him while he is in a state of vulnerability on his years old tweets about "trans" and to highlight this i went back and specifically archived all 31 times he said "trans" on twitter.

I mean, the third panel literally looks like rape... plus, the comic itself doesn't have dialogue in the abuse portions so there's no real context behind what's going on.

Also, a friend of mine has been playing Amourous & apparently while the writing is atrocious (thanks, Jason!) the portrayal of transgender characters is... decent? Acceptable? Which is very contradictory to past statements Jason himself has made. She sent a piece of art from the game into the chat, and I ended up recognizing one of the characters in the background... from furry porn, no less. The artwork itself was less than great.

From what I understand, it's pretty easy to romance the characters (said friend got one of the characters to confess his love in 4 in-game days) & there's an option to date a step-sibling. Possible incest fetish?

Yeah taking away one's phone is not abuse in and of itself but from the comic it seems like he's saying there was a pattern of his parents only punishing and never encouraging/helping him, which abuse or not isn't a good way to lead to a healthy child.

This very much. :powerlevel: I have personal experience with... this kind of treatment. In such a case, it was not used to get me up and productive, but as a way to control and shelter me, and keep me from enjoying myself as an individual. Taking away electronics IN COMBINATION with other abusive actions is also usually abuse.
