So Doug has 'reviewed' Batman forever.Why not its not like there are any other movies left for him to review.Still he's a bit late to the game Batman forever already has better reviews online and without all the dumb skits.So will Doug keep doing those skits into his 60's he's almost 40 already.But hey as long as his 'fans' are happy Doug will probably keep doing this until he dies.
Honestly if you want a comedic take on bad movies Honest trailers is a better choice at least they don't overstay their welcome.

The problem about trying to make good points about why a movie works or doesn't requires nuance and understanding of the art in question as well as literature, both are skills that Doug Walker seems to sorely be lacking. Again, it never ceases to amaze me that Doug will criticize Adam Sandler movies to catering to the lowest common denominator, while doing the exact same thing himself minus the fame and wealth the latter enjoys.

Doug has a massive gay fanbase, at least of the internet tumblr gay kind. In TvTropes they spend all their time gushing about the characters being gay or trans or such. It's really weird.

Exactly. Reviewers who put actual research into their reviews, such as Phelous (for the most part) or anim8ball are far better because they actually know what they’re talking about.
This is also why I hate the joke about “Who Killed Captain Alex” having more effort put into it than most other movies. Anyone who says that has no idea just how much thought or effort is put into a big budget movie on the part of the directors, producers, or animators.
To quote anim8ball, “there’s more to reviewing a media than making jokes about little things throughout your review, you have to do your research as well.”
