One of my pals mentioned the numerous amount of streams Alex does. Guy was too :optimistic: for his own good, claiming Alex doesn't stream that often. Anything negative we said, he had something positive to say about him with the optimism cranked to 500.

It was... interesting.
"YandereDev has to atleast have some fun his life since he works HARD on Yandere Simulator"

Im just gonna add to the whole 'blood is paint' thing: paint has completely different consistency than blood.
acrylic-paint1.jpg

Most of the time you use more paint than water when painting with acrylics. Acrylics dont 'sink in' the clothing, because of their consistency, they stick to it. I also think your clothing gets slightly more stiff because of it. And most importantly, they dont come off if they dry, for years. Some artists get paid for painting with acrylics on peoples clothing because of that.
And if you did use a lot of water, then you wouldnt get this deep color on your clothing. Thats also why watercolors wouldnt work, since they are, surprise, based on water. And if you did somehow get splashed like that, SOMEHOW, watercolors are super easy to remove, just splash water on it. Running around like that would be unacceptable.
Dunno about the other types of paint, but I am almost sure they work similarly to acrylics.
Obviously it also depends on the type of material your clothes are made of, but it doesnt matter when youre asking if one could mistake blood for paint on someones clothing. Youd have to pay little attention to Ayano or be unable to smell the blood for this disguise to work.

Also, youd have to be a real goof or have a very weird style of painting to get splashed this much. Wouldnt it be weird if she 'had an accident' while painting everyday/every few days with that one specific color?

You know, it's not like he has any knowledge of how anything works, so I wouldn't expect too much from him.
But it's important that a woman should be submissive, otherwise she's a slut.

I'm aware of their meanings but i think Alex followed the same naming conventions he did to the student council, you can see the bullies follows a pattern of "[COLOR+feminine pronoun] [Random japanese word + OBJECT/ANIMAL]". This way Alex can keep making stupid names but they sound more authentic in theory.

Comparing their names to the student council (red bird, blue dragon, black turtle and white tiger) and using their logic, i think Alex idea for their names was simply "Orange Flower", "Star Bird" "Pink Heart" and "Purple Candy".

With Hoshiko’s last name, the “Star Bird” could also be “Water Bird” or “Blue Bird”, which would directly correlate to Tumblr.

“Pink Heart”, “Orange Flower”, and “Purple Candy”, as you said, don’t seem to have any direct connections.

Considering the minor details,

Kashiko (Purple) has a Purple/Pink(Magenta?) based theme.

Hana (Orange) has hot pink/yellow/Orange based theme

Kokoro (Pink) has a Pink/Light Blue based theme

Hoshiko (“Bird”/Water/“Blue”) has a Blue and Green theme.

Hoshiko could be heavily themed around Tumblr, but also has hints of KiwiFarms. The bios are most likely where KiwiFarms, PULL, and etc come up, as has been mentioned before.

To be honest, I think you’re giving Alex too much credit. I’m not sure he cares about names enough to actually pick real kanji for them.
Seems like he’s just trying to make it “sound” Japanese.

For example, “Murasaki” might sound legit to a westerner, but as far as I’ve checked it’s only used for fictional characters or as a pen name.

“Momoiro” literally means “peach-colored”. That’s not a real surname too. (Also, fun fact: same word can be interpreted as “illicit love; gossip; sex” in Chinese).

“-yama” in Daidaiyama is one of the most generic Japanese surname suffixes, so it’s not like he’s been thinking hard. He could’ve just used it without looking up the meaning.

Finally, “-dori” in Mizudori really does mean bird, but it’s another generic suffix for a surname.
Also, I can’t discount the possibility that it just might be his poor attempt at mashing “mizuiro” (aqua, light blue) and “midori” (green) together.
He probably couldn’t put “midori” first because he's already used it for Midori.

TL;DR: As much as I’d like to believe that our beloved green bully references us even in her name, I think we should remember that it’s Alex we’re talking about and it might be too subtle for him.

Unless it's a character named Kiui Faamuzu it's definitely too subtle for Alex to be referencing us.

you should tell him to put that optimism into something constructive, like finding a blue collar job, learning how to code, learning programming languages, learning actual languages, or maybe even helping development of that game if he cares so much

then again, if he tries to aid development it might destroy him and force him to face the harsh reality that eva is basically a narcissistic teenager who thinks that his work is perfect and that he doesn't need to learn anything

Sorry if I'm late, this thread is 2 fast.

Honestly, I feel vaguely better about these naming conventions because at least he's using actual Japanese words instead of just Japanizing stupid shit like "Puresu Horuda". It's still shit, but it's a small step up. It's puzzling why he won't just check some name directories as that's easier. He must feel clever, I guess?

Adding 子 (ko, meaning child) at the end of feminine first names aren't that far fetched, because for a while, that used to be an extremely popular naming convention. If you look at the names of women born in the 80's maybe 90's, but that's sort of pushing it, and go back, names ending in 子 is common. I can see there being a female character called Hoshiko in some dumbass anime, though not irl.

With that said, it's not very popular in recent years and is thought of as being uncool. Too old school, I suppose. Though other feminine end characters are still in use, I guess.

I actually like the whole being in art club gives you a pass on being bloody thing because that's some Super Mario tier goofy game logic. It's hilarious, really. I understand that it totally clashes with the edgy mood Eva is trying to create, though. It would be so much easier for him if he would just embrace the memes/quirkiness. You can pull all sorts of weird shit out of your ass without being questioned. Though I have a feeling that the game would just get more pervy with some idiot upbeat harem anime logic thrown in.

You dare give him advice on his email problem? I’ll have you know he is much smarter than you and us already thought of every possibly solution under the sun and none of them will work!!!
Why the hell would he even respond to every email he gets? I mean, doesn’t he have the emails of all his volunteers saved?

He also claims to be working on his game a lot too.

I mean he does put out badly coded builds and then spends the majority of the month putting out bug fixes that should have been there day 1. So he is technically working know it. Just not in any efficient way or with any actual workers conduct or integrity.
