I don't get this obsession with needing to be your 'complete and honest self' on every single website. The point of having different websites with different registrations and accounts is to compartmentalize your online footprint. Why don't these people get that?

Also, :story: about that part about "harmless weirdos." Is Chris harmless? Is Phil harmless? Was Nick Bate harmless?

I can safely say this is no site for bigots, else I would not be a member.

It's "targets" are people who make fools of themselves, and I have seen no attempt to make a deliberate bias based race, creed, national origin, gender, or whatever other discriminatory basis you can assume.

The worst that happens is that we sit on our own little corner of the internet and collect information anyone can acquire publicly on them, then we laugh at them from the sanctity of this board.

If what have become jokes for anti-bigotry organizations want to include us, fine, but I'd prefer they cite our equal opportunity stance on membership and discussion material, as that is provable fact.

The site does have a sort of novelty to those new to it that would want to stay on. More or less the cows here come off as a novelty until it wears off and you either stay because of some individuals seem to still be interesting or leave and don't really look back. When your callout culture does involve digging up dirt on others and the like to dunk on them or shit talk about them, you aren't really going to be any different from an EDiot or Kiwifarmer beyond maybe having some Twitter account and having a different horse to sit on.

Really though, the worst we do is just having public info posted and shit-talking like an online version of TMZ.

Nah fam, this site is for exceptional individuals who talk about other exceptional individuals.

Really, all the targets we get fall under being: weird (Terry A. Davis), creepy (Nick Bate or whoever succeeds him in being a creepy disgusting fuck), and spergy (good examples include furries on the alt-right and ANTIFA). While they can say we have a board dedicated to transgendered people, one would have to do something to end up on there like srhbutts or SecretGamerGirl. Even then, we have our own transgender Kiwis.

You know, there's a part of what we do that these braindead morons always like to ignore.

Lolcowdom is not a fucking end-state. You can recover and go on to live a normal, productive life in which you aren't a fucking laughingstock. To do this, however, requires a conscious effort on the part of the Lolcow, however: To acknowledge their responsibility for their own actions, realize why they got covered, and endeavoring to improve themselves.

And that's just the simplest and most straightforward way. There's also the Gonterman method, where you essentially become in on the joke.

The worst that happens here is people trying to engage in poorly done Psychological evaluations and making judgements based on a very limited perspective. The thing is, none of this is leaking out into the mainstream. Like with anything else, trans acceptance is something that that is slowly coming along, just like with everything else. What some edgy shitposter on the farms or anywhere else says, doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
