Can someone do me a favor to find a clip when Phil says:

"This guy sucks and I beat his ass but it was TOTALLY UNEARNED because the server lagged amid of his combo and he dropped it, I'm not a good player and not better than him at all I won because I mashed DP like a scrub after I pull the lag switch down"

Phil is either blind, demented with no memory, or fully ret4rded, your pick

The loophole is the word "magic." So you can call him out but he will come back with something about snippets of truth that he may have once made something up somewhere sometime, but he made it up using his street smarts. Magic never played a factor, moron, *blocked*

Edit: I'm not going to provide a commentary on all of his shitty matches but what I found interesting is that he never uses Assists in order to extend combos. Android 16 is pretty easy to extend combos with by using Assists. You just have to time it as you land a command grab. I went into training mode to see if it were possible with Trunk and Gotenks assist and it's very doable. Easier to do in the corner but the timing is a tiny bit tricky to extend combos using those assists.

2nd edit: okay, one exceptional thing I will comment on. At 18:15 Phil lands a bnb with 16 and chooses to end the combo with a level 1 super even though he had 6 bars and could have easily done a level 3 super that could have killed Cell. Not to mention that 16 probably has the easiest combo extension in the game when using Sparkle. It's very easy, all you have to do is land any grab, Sparkle, and then continue your combo.

TLDR: Phil is a massive scrub who never goes beyond Day 1 tactics.

Just an aside about archiving:
I see some people hesitant to archive for some reason and they seem to want to wait until its "worth it".
Its a much better idea to put that shit through archive.fo every time there is a new post because it'll just keep seperate versions of each page that is captured. So don't hesitate to save shit.

Also I'm pretty sure DSP's forums must be one of the more frequently archived sites on archive.fo:
