So this time, @DiabeticShitheadPhil didn't even get his money back and got dunked on by Phil LMAO.

He got so salty back then because I told him that Phil got the better of him when he spent actual time and effort convincing PayPal staff to charge back his money. Now he tries it again and loses his money to Phil.

One thing that seemed to trigger him badly is when I told him not to assume that everyone has a drug problem.. I think it was Smutley who threadbanned him from the general A-Logs thread.

What is it with DSP and autistic people? He attracts them to him like the sun and the planets.

I'm not a tax doctor, but I'm pretty sure Phil is right when the government doesn't tell you how much you owe them. It's pretty much a well known fact that that they don't tell you an amount, so just pretty much give everything you have. Just put all your cash in an envelope in the mailbox on the 15th each month.

When I was a young child in first grade, I remember playing Excitebike. And after getting frustrated at not being able to beat the fourth track, I would often go into the track editor and just run on a flat track with the three other cyclists and wreck them to blow off some steam. After awhile, my imagination would start to take hold. I noticed that the green cyclist was aggressive at wrecking the blue ones about as often as I was. And my young mind started to wonder if my Nintendo had somehow connected to someone else halfway around the world who was playing the game at the same time. I startes working in tandem with the green cyclist after a bit keeping track of how many blue guys we each wrecked. It was autistic as all hell. But it made me dream of something I wasn't sure if we would ever get. That something that eventually turned into online play.

I would often have waking dreams of such a wonderful feature. Something that seemed like it could only exist in science fiction to me at the time. When I got older and entered High School as the internet boom happened, I jumped on the bandwagon as soon as I was able. I thought that nothing could fuck this up. It was perfect.

Boy howdy did the internet prove me wrong. And people like Phil make me wish that the pipe dream I had as a kid stayed that way.

Now I am not one to try and critique someone else's life experiences. But how in the hell can someone around twenty years my senior look at Phil and give him money? What did he possibly figure the internet would be as a child to make him satisfied with the shit Phil churns out?

I think I prefer Phil when he's on his ego trip over the more depressed, defeated Phil. I think its because while defeated Phil is more a descent into insanity (Remember the ARG, guys? Its a mishtree!) the whining can get repetitive and annoying. While when he's on his high horse, his ego is at the most fragile. If you can endure the smugness, his sperg outs when he gets thrown off the high horse is amazing. Especially when he gets proven wrong about something in the stream chat. Because its in front of people you can tell he gets super humiliated during it. Like whenever someone proves him wrong about tax stuff he goes on a mega sperg out and you can tell he's insanely butthurt over it.

Or if you saw Tevins video, the dude who was like "Actually Phil Kat should be able to use her license for 30 days in Washington" pretty calmly when Phil said Kat needs a new license for the state and he went on a mega freak out over that tiny thing. "WRONG WRONG WROOOOOOONG. YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT WASHINGTON STATE OKAY? DON'T COME INTO MY FUCKING STREAM AND TRY TO UNDERMINE MEEEEE? PIECE OF SHIT." it was like so over the top over what was actually a correct statement. It's because during his smug high horse era, he believes he's untouchable and anyone who actually does touch him really gets to him and shatters the fragile ego, and he'll say some shit he'll regret and will be used in videos to come. It's funny to watch.

Considering how much is already out there in terms of his content for posterity's sake he is most certainly on the radar of these rules hence his aggresive push to remove that content so he can get away from that radar view of the new rules. Except like I said there is just too much out there, like all the racism compilations of him or the nazi skit from Dead Space 2 which funnily enough would still get him thrown in jail in some EU countries if he operated out of them

I checked that user ID by searching through my logs since October (it's a recent user ID, likely made right before that November 17th SWBF2 stream) and found no other mentions. I also used another website to search if that username got renamed - it was not.
Twitch tips are through PayPal & not the Twitch chat system, so there's no username tied to them - just a name text field you can write anything you want into. Only the receiver of the tips (DSP) can see some info in his PayPal receipt emails. I haven't received any income like this over PayPal, but I'd guess they'd show a PayPal account name (email address) if the person was logged in, or some partial payment info (last 4 digits of CC etc.) otherwise.

At this point, we need someone with enough autism to archive all of Phil's streams. Ever since the announced rule changes at Twitch, Phil has seemed to be more aggressive at trying to get rid of video evidence of him being a venom spitting fuckwit.

I used to do that, but I really couldn't take the cringy clowning around when he returned to Twitch in late 2016, particularly once the 'full time streamer' change happened in early March 2017 & he started doing constant shoutouts, so now I barely listen to more than prestreams.
Mrhuth Stuff does a good job at getting bits in prestreams, but beyond that he's told me in the past he rarely watches the gameplay either.
Other people could do it via directly screencapping the live stream with OBS etc., or alternatively find the VoD link before the stream ends & get it downloading in a tool like youtube-dl (commandline, Windows EXE available for n00bs, will need to supply ffmpeg & ffprobe from ffmpeg) or JDownloader (GUI, much more user friendly) shortly after the stream ends. It SHOULD continue downloading even if the VoD is deleted, but won't let you reconnect afterwards.

DSP's general rule of thumb on deleting stream archives quickly is if he knows he said something that could bite him in the ass, e.g. that faggot & homo comment about YouTube drama vloggers on PUBG, not only did he delete that PUBG stream VoD BUT he also deleted both TwitchCon Choice Chamber VoDs (the test the night before & the actual event) which had remained up for months. I used to do that, but I really couldn't take the cringy clowning around when he returned to Twitch in late 2016, particularly once the 'full time streamer' change happened in early March 2017 & he started doing constant shoutouts, so now I barely listen to more than prestreams.
Mrhuth Stuff does a good job at getting bits in prestreams, but beyond that he's told me in the past he rarely watches the gameplay either.
Other people could do it via directly screencapping the live stream with OBS etc., or alternatively find the VoD link before the stream ends & get it downloading in a tool like youtube-dl (commandline, Windows EXE available for n00bs, will need to supply ffmpeg & ffprobe from ffmpeg) or JDownloader (GUI, much more user friendly) shortly after the stream ends. It SHOULD continue downloading even if the VoD is deleted, but won't let you reconnect afterwards.

DSP's general rule of thumb on deleting stream archives quickly is if he knows he said something that could bite him in the ass, e.g. that faggot & homo comment about YouTube drama vloggers on PUBG, not only did he delete that PUBG stream VoD BUT he also deleted both TwitchCon Choice Chamber VoDs (the test the night before & the actual event) which had remained up for months. He is tou.ching the poop, however he's not particularly a-loggy like Fayt was and primarily seems to just be getting super stoned and goofing around. He used to watch SoK podcasts while on his back porch after work and smoking da chronic.

Simply because the idea of someone shipping a 29" cardboard dick to someone is at least somewhat funny, compounded by his inability to get the address right (I think it was probably an issue with formatting rather than the address being wrong) I'm not gonna go after him too hardcore because he didn't really do anything too untoward (although he still did pozload my negholep).

He's lucky too because a number of people have expressed just how much of a loser you have to be to not only ween/touch the po.op but also actually get owned by DSP (again he wins by doing nothing).

A lot of the other DSP fandom stories are interesting, but no one ever actually got called out and factually owned by DSP. Ever. (citation needed)

I know people on this thread don't read anywhere else on this site, so to put this into perspective, these quotes are from people talking about KF as a whole and are people who don't just focus on DSP so have a better grasp on other threads/subforums here:

It won't work over a long period of time but you can bet your bottom dollar that it will work it those troll tips were $100 piece. If PayPal doesn't give a shit, the bank will likely find something off about that and likely give the account holder a call. You'll get your money back then since those are tell tale signs of stolen identity and it isn't hard to replicate given how common it is nowadays.

Of course, no one wants to risk that level of money to troll. Not yet.
