Realistically his paypigs would probably just follow him to Youtube where he would stream if Twitch canned him for good. He would see a decrease in the amount of *participation* due to the fact the incentives and what not on Youtube streaming aren't as appealing to attention whores, but I bet he would still pull in decent money. I do believe it would be at a point where he finally wouldn't be able to sustain his monthly expenses, though. But yeah, this is almost certainly just a 24 hr ban, be interesting to see what exactly it's for as I'm sure that he will eventually fuck up again and someday use up all 3 chances you supposedly get.

Wait, Twitch actually did something about DSP? Did i wake up in the right timeline? (i know it's 24h but still, i thought they'd have filters on his reports because of idiots like gifted mass-reporting things that weren't actual violations)

Saying he's "not done shit wrong" isn't helping anyone. If he actually is a fan of Phil he needs to be more constructive. Denial will only cause this to happen again and again until it can't happen again.

Can you imagine Phil going back to a real-life job if Youtube wasn't enough after a Twitch permaban? Can you imagine his interview?

"There seems to be a 10 year gap where you weren't employed, want to explain what happened during this period of time?"
"Oh, I was self-employed."
"Really? Why did you decide to stop?"
"I was fired."

Right. I actually forgot that he claimed Twitch basically just skip over the mass complaints about him as the detractors supposedly spam them about him. So either he's full of shit or this was something of his own doing. I really do hope it is related to him pushing the fundraiser scam constantly. We'll see when he's back.

mass-reporting is a meme.

I'm not 100% sure about Twitch, but usually services will assign accounts a value rating, based upon their "worth".

So if you're a brand new account with 0 followers and no history? Worthless.
If you're a 2 year old account who views multiple streams and rarely makes reports? Worthy.

Especially when it comes to erroneous reports, they probably allow them all and just filter out accounts that waste the time of Twitch support staff.

The same goes for almost every online service you can think of. Throwaway accounts are treated as throwaway accounts.

Of course DSP, being college educated would know this.

If this suspension was because of "da detractors" making shit up about him, then wouldn't he be able to talk it over with Twitch to some degree? Or is he gonna be back tomorrow and go "ACK ACK, those stupid fucking idiots mass reported muh channel, but some Twitch admin, who's my fan by the way, unbanned me. Fucking mental midgets, ACK ACK ACK"? How he's gonna spin this to his favor when there haven't been any "Hai guise, let's all report Phil's channel!" shit going on?

Think there's any truth to this?

I mean he does this A LOT. Maybe Twitch received 1 too many reports from specials and decided to check him out?

I think the first one was probably not a big deal, but that he's trying the same shit again after only 2 months is probably pushing it a bit much.
