Half a year. The state of Washington has taken half a year to "assess" how much a small time YouTuber owes in back business taxes. Who falls for this? Who thinks city, state of federal gubments do anything but "assess" you at their best guess for your taxes? Who thinks the state of Washington is going to DO YOUR TAXES FOR YOU!

. . .this guy deserves the slap on the wrists he's received.

This video was posted on TKOH and it shows him accepting a $5 bribe in order to get unbanned from chat:

lmfao I can only imagine dsps pathetic ass sitting there and typing his name into youtube and seeing tevins shit pop up

The details he's giving about Tevin videos is obviously information you'd only know if you watch them, which means he watches Tevin videos at least. Which is funny because Tevin has mentioned before that he suspects it. In a video he suggests a fighting game marathon and then the next week Phil does it, he makes a video wondering where Leanna is, the next day he announces the break up. Those are two that Tevin referenced. Then recently he does a Where's Kat video, then on instagram he posts a pic with Kat's body in it to prove she's still there. It's all too coincidental for me. I think Phil has watched a few Tevin videos, or has someone who watches them and feeds the info back to him.

I think he did this especially during his post Leanna depressive period as a lot of people suspected that he was doing it due to constantly referencing specific haters who do videos and specific stuff in hater videos, so he probably sat alone drinking gin watching all the videos at night or something. It makes sense since the latest Tevin video is a call out video about Phil being hypocritical in his methods that Phil can't prove wrong because of the evidence so he'd obviously get salty and shit talk instead. He's definitely seen a few Tevin vids.

Think there's any truth to this?

I mean he does this A LOT. Maybe Twitch received 1 too many reports from specials and decided to check him out?

so, if this is the case, we can probably expect phil to start pushing patreon again instead of twitch currency and taking back all the bad things he's said about patreon in the past.

Just like during the last begathon, someone pointed out that having a charity fundraiser for yourself is against the twitch TOS so Phil just stopped calling it a charity and went back saying that he never called it a charity in the first place ack ack ack stupid trolls.

It's admitedly just a temporary ban, but what are the chances of Phil getting permabanned in the future?

lol rekt. I'm amazed Twitch actually suspended him. It's a slap on the wrist yeah, but I didn't think they'd actually enforce their new TOS. This probably won't be his last suspension either. I wonder if he'll be able to bite his tongue for once in his life, because you know he wants to sperg out and shit on Twitch so hard because of this suspension. Also when will we know for sure what got him that suspension? Because you can never trust anything Phil says.

I'm not surprised at all. It was going to happen inevitably. Everyone has been pushing this "Twitch won't touch him because he brings in money!" shit for ages. DSP is a tiny, insignificant Twitch streamer and Twitch has been owned by Amazon since 2014.

The big take away from this (I apologize if I'm reiterating but this thread is already 5 pages long in just about 2 hours) is that Phil is no longer infallible on Twitch. They are paying attention to him. All of the autistic donations he gets does not make him above Twitch's rules. The other thing to note is that Twitch has a 3 strike policy that never goes away.

It's not a matter of if Phil is going to fuck up 2 more times it's a matter of when.
