Question - Does anyone know if they still unban "indefinite bans". I remember a streamer KneeColeSlaw was indefinitely banned for choking her cat on stream. Or have they changed it so it's now permanent?

Think she was banned for like 2 years then apparently they suddenly unbanned her.

no that was a one time event in accordance with them planning to roll out a new ToS(noone knew this but affliated/parttnered channels such as myself). Basically it was a "this is your one chance, dont fuck this up"

but that was the first strike? did he get suspended before today?

No, his first strike we found out about because he needed approval for emotes etc by twitch. This is his second strike which is a 24 hour suspension.

For everyone wondering if DSP could survive another account suspension, that is a "fucking no way". If he fucks up 1 more time, thats it. It's done for him and twitchtv. at least, on there website it states this.

I'm pretty sure it says: 2 strikes are bad. The third strike will be your end. Phil is on his first strike or was there a strike in ancient history?

I'll admit, I had a glimmer of hope that he had a heavier punishment levied towards him.

All I have for else to say is it'll be back to business as usual. That's my two cents, I'm out.

can I just ask how people come to the conclusion that this is a 24 hour ban?

The "I'll be back tomorrow" was a bit of a giveaway.

He pays "a lot of money" for a CPA. He is REALLY bad at lying.

It's so bad. He's a bit like Trump in that he's all but given up on having any of his lies make sense. His tax situation has really unmasked him to a degree that I don't think anything else has in his career. I mean unless he has multiple "tax attorneys" this is the same guy who he dogged on camera for months, who is now handling his taxes again. . .except not these taxes because I guess he's doing these himself.

. . .and dude is ABSOLUTELY butthurt. That smiley face is DRIPPING with barely contained anger.

It's entirely possible that a few years ago when the Twitch mod tried to tell Phil to lower his bitrate and he tard raged about it, that he was suspended and that was the final straw that led him to deleting it (Phil of course blamed Leanna for this). It would make some sense as to why his channel wasn't in good standing since he's come back to Twitch.
Phil is awfully quiet about this, which is strange. Whenever he got a strike on his YouTube account, he publicly freaked out and made emergency videos. It's almost like he knows he can't publicly rage this time around.

Kat's really bad luck for DSP. First the power goes out and than he gets suspended on twitch

All hail the Dark One!

We're gonna see a different Phil tomorrow. One that's actually closer to FakesydePhil that made an appearance during the Twitch-con stream.

After seeing his first tweet I originally thought he would go back to the well, like sooo many times before, and turn this into something where he could play the victim card.

Now seeing his follow up tweets, it's clear he's gonna sweep this under the rug for a long while until people forget it even happened.

Twitch nailed him it seems. They tightened the leash. And Phil knows better then anyone that if he loses Twitch, it's fucking over. No more bail outs. No more restarts.

He'll bring it back up though, when the moment is right and add his own twist to it. Like when he came out of no where with the story about Leanna's parents getting swatted.
