"safer than ever"

This ought to be interesting. I can't wait to see his arms flailing as he explains to us how him getting suspended was actually a good thing.

I think the "safer than ever" probably refers to generic tips given to avoid another temp ban. In the VERY short term, he won't shit on Twitch and he will word his appeals for money differently but that will not last. He can't help himself. It's going to be funny when he finally gets banned on Twitch and has to live off of YouTube stream super chats after talking a boat load of shit about the company.

I'm thinking that he's just going to imply that all the attention was over him getting permanently banned when "its only a first strike!"

Lol "safer than ever" means he'll comeback to stream tomorrow saying he talked to the president of Twitch and they said "oh Mr. Burnell I'm ever so sorry" and kissed his feet. He will proclaim that no one can take him down and he has immunity, only for someone to take that as a challenge and he's down in a week or so.

I might actually watch his prestream tomorrow.

Actually I take this back, almost coaxed myself into a snafu there.

This is something he could just explain in 2 seconds, its the same with all his bullshit including his tax situation, ex girlfriend saga, fundraiser saga. Phil wants and loves this drama because it means more views at a time when he really needs them.

Instead I'm gonna masturbate furiously to Kimberlie Brink inspired porn from Furaffinity and recast his stream to the entire population of Jamaica so he doesn't get a single red cent out of my curiosity over this situation.

If he genuinely got a strike I'm going to read about it on here and then laugh about it so he stops pulling this bullshit.

Phil, its like watching Lost. By season 9, no one gives a fuck about the island or that fat fuck who drove the van around on that one episode because they couldn't think of anything else to write.

Just because your life is constantly on edge with 29" cardboard dicks, dutch catfishing empires and Norwegian weed-smoking naturo-cosplaying butlers doesn't mean my life has to be.

He chose to say little, so he can smugly seem like the adult in control of the situation (think #Browniegate address, final dox harvest rebuke, pretty much any time he has to clamp down on his chat). This is Phil's preferred method of engagement, due an unwillingness to treat other people as equals. Fugitive Fuchs talked about this on a podcast forever ago. All DSP's interpersonal interactions have him as the person whose time or opinion is sought-after. Chatter to streamer, forum user to Ask the King host, etc.

I can just about guarantee that will be the approach tomorrow.

See ya next carnie festiphil, ringmaster.

Again, I'm mostly just pleasantly surprised that Phil finally got suspended. I fully expect whining cockroach luck resulting it in being a nothing burger, up to and including him getting the strike removed. I would be pretty pleased if he had to keep it though, since it'd be a reminder for him that he ain't invincible.

Don't get too excited, this isn't the first time phil was met with some inconvenience that he overcame with little problem.

If he's really pulling lines off his multiple credit card statements he's gomna have a hell of a time explaining shit when he gets audited.

And he's paying back taxes on a plan. It's only a matter of time before that turns into an audit.

And CPA offices have software that makes QuickBooks look like a type to learn program. You can plug and play all sorts of shit once you balance the accounts for small businesses. If Phil spent 20 minutes a week he'd be able to present the accountant a QuickBooks (or Peachtree because he's retarded and can't make anything easy for himself) and they'd fix it for him and be done in 3 billable hours max. It would cost maybe 600 bucks to get his taxes professionally done and he'd see pretty decent savings.

A seasoned CPA would never touch his shit, guaranteed. He'll get his stuff looked at by a junior accountant and then signed off by a senior. It's never even touch anyone competent enough to get their name on the sign. Phil acts like he's getting his taxes touched by dome hotshot personally

If he ever got his taxes done by the CPA I've known he'd be politely asked not to be a return customer. I can't imagine Phil acts reasonable when dealing with professionals. He's entirely too frustrating of a client because he won't listen to advice and probably argues their decisions even when presented evidence.

At the very least he should open up a business account and put all purchases on to a card through that. Then at year end it's his business account statement and monthly bills. Done. 5 hours start to finish and he'd even get the billable omes from the CPA down to 2-3.

I can guarantee the narrative will pivot from the time-honored "false copyright strikes on youtube" to "false reports on twitch."

It's the paypigs' favorite line.
As people who pay attention to the things he says, this won't work. He's said before that reports on twitch about him are basically useless because he gets so many and he said they ignore him. That being said, it woudn't matter if he still attributed it to reports because his fans don't give a shit about the things he's said last year or even a week ago.

If I had to venture a guess at WHY he was suspended I would put my money on shitting on DrDisrespect. if he really did make that much money then how much did twitch make off of that? Phil makes Twitch money but you're talking pennies in comparison to the REAL big shots. I was watching a channel yesterday that was on it's way to 2000 subs, hell, a twitch employee subbed while I was watching. Phil is peanuts and he might not get suspended for shitting on someone from youtube but there are hundreds of twitch streamers who are bigger than him.

I also think that this is why he is so smug about getting back on stream tomorrow. He can basically say he won't do it again. and in his heart of hearts he will believe it. We know Phil better than that though.

"After roughly 7.5 hours of GETTING BANNED FROM TWITCH, just finished my FAKE tax prep work and sent it off to my NEVER-EXISTING tax attorney. Honestly? I'm nervous. I know THIS WAS MY SECOND STRIKE, and I have no idea HOW THEY GONNA BAN ME WITH NEW TWITCH TOS IN MARCH, crossing all fingers and GOUTOES, SEE YA GUYS IN THE NEXT BEGATHON"

Fixed it for ya Phil, you are welcome

So if he did get suspended for soliciting bits and such for financial reasons, will we start seeing him slowly phase out saying anything about taxes, bills, etc?

If its related to that its one of two things:
  • Attaching a financial value to bits/cheers (tips do not apply). You're not allowed to call a 100 bit cheer a 1 dollar cheer or give it a clear monetary value
  • His constant begging got him the suspension
If it was the begging, then dollars to donuts he's gonna give a nice long story about how he managed to get together enough money for his fundraiser already.

I'm leaning towards the fundraising language specifically rather than suggesting giving dollar amounts for bits, since it's specifically the fundraising language that's now missing from the schedule. What I'm now curious about is if he was able to appeal the strike.
