I'm glad Kiwis didn't intervene in this in retrospect. I was so incensed by the obviousness of the scamming going on that I seriously considered ratting them out to the IRS charity division in a detailed pseudonymous letter, but ultimately didn't. I still hoped their arrogant idiocy would eventually get them in hot water but was worried I was just being optimistic on that count.

Apparently not.

Among all the expenses Shrek and Pajeet have advertised on their social media with constant videos of them cruising around the country (in a vehicle bought with TLL funds no doubt using gas paid for by TLL), constantly getting high, building Troontown, and other extravagance, the single largest expense was probably hiring that immigration lawyer to fight Pajeet's deportation.

It would be a delicious irony if stealing the money to pay an immigration lawyer is ultimately what gets Pajeet deported as the undesirable alien scam artist he is.

In the letter which was emailed to donors, they also imply that legal considerations are stopping them from giving more information until the "outside review" is complete. I know of instances where embezzlement has been investigated by police and there's never been any public acknowledgement that it happened.

Technically, anything bought for Trans Lifeline - including the computer and kitchen stuff mentioned in their first return - should now be returned to TLL. I wonder how hard the board will push for this.

Everyone who called Greta the tranny Jim Jones is right, this reminds me of why Jones went to Guyana in the first place. What you get are statements like TLL posted: a veiled takedown using carefully chosen language that says to other organizations what it needs to. Not wishing them well in their future endeavors is a coffin nail if they try to jump to another charity organization. So is the legal investigations, but those take longer than that statement to complete. Everyone wants that Law & Order moment where the perp is caught in a lie and the music plays and Dick Wolfs name comes on the screen but that almost never happens.

Also unless TLL rebrands and completely restructures the organization is still as much a scam as before, just without a hulking brute to lumber around threatening people with weapons. My guess, given the timing of everything, it was TLL leadership was waiting until Pajeet's green card was cleared up before firing the two, since they wanted to progressive by making sure another brown tranny was allowed to leech off America. It would also jive with lots of Kiwis questioning how they were running TLL from a sinking container in the desert - that's the answer, they weren't. They were effectively on garden leave.
As to why TLL would continue to pay and allow these two autogynephile scammers to expense trips for 6+ months, you're looking at maybe 250,000K on the outside. Given the money TLL likely pulls in, its probably worth it to keep everyone quiet.

My speculative timeline is that Kjel and Pajeet started Troonblinka when the writing was on the wall at TLL, which would explain why they got the idea; TLL was probably going to force them out after Pajeet's immigration hearing, since losing his job would probably fuck with his immigration status Troonblinka's status as a "immigration safe space" was the back-up plan incase the hearing was denied (notice they haven't pushed that angle very hard since Pajeet got his green card?)

The "outside investigation" will likely be some toothless document addressing TLL's operating deficiencies, assigning blame to no one in TLL and maybe some token "previous management was in over its head and we need to provide resources to future management to ensure that doesn't happen again".

I'd like to believe that Kjel realizing they have his ass for fraud + allowing his boyfriend to continue to scam around in the states overrode his innate tranny desire for drama, and that's why we're not seeing any behavior typical of a member of the rat king.

A few of us have been watching her since TAP first appeared. Her politics are extreme, but she's unafraid to be a dissenting voice and I haven't come across anything which suggests she's dishonest.

She is extremely anti-authority, so she might struggle with having to conform to administrative requirements she views as pointless, but she's not lazy by any means.

She'll also have the advantage of TLL now being accredited, which opens up the possibility of institutional funding for the administrative side of things and using donations mostly for direct services. If the board actually does their job from here on out, she'll just be carrying out their agenda anyway - limiting the potential for her driving TLL off the rails.

This has been the best week for trans drama in quite a while.

We didn't just notice, we fucking documented it. The board's supposed ignorance was willful, and I hope they don't get to pull the "moving forward" shit organisations usually pull instead of having their own feet held to the fire and answering questions about why they didn't do their job. Greta said she has no idea what her next move is, and Nina didn't mention it until someone asked her about it, and then she only grudgingly said it was "part of" the plans for the future. You'd think, under the circumstances, that they'd now be going on about how they were dedicating themselves to their troon utopia. I think in some way, most likely financial, it was reliant on Greta and Nina still being in charge of TLL.

The board statement says that they "took immediate action" over the "operational issues", which suggests that while the "preliminary investigations" were going on Nina and Greta didn't have access to TLL bank accounts. That might explain why the well and the Quonset hut haven't materialised, and also why the promised Sisterwood fundraiser hasn't happened. I have little doubt they've now been told in no uncertain terms that they are never to use TLL's name to establish credibility when raising funds for other projects.

Leaving TLL under a cloud may also affect their plan to write a book.
