Nah i doubt it'll do anything, its not enough for twitch to ban him for that.

It's borderline. Phil didn't actually say that directly to the kid; his cowardly act of talking shit as he was running away will probably save him. If Twitch is annoyed with Phil because of his suspension and his recent insistence that Twitch's sub system is bugged, they might feel the need to bitch slap him again.

Unless It gets some traction through ReviewUSA or Metokour or even Someone Else unrelated, i don't see Phil being suspender or banned.

Elpresador has as viewership relevance as Phil. They are kinda in the same spot in relation to Youtube's downfall, so his vídeo won't generate any response from Twitch crew

It is an immature thing for a 35 year old to say, it is silly he is still salty about it today, but some bullshit threat you know he just said because he felt insecure actually offended some people? I think the only crime was that he walked away and turned off his mic. He should've said that shit straight up.

Or at least done the true & authentic thing and make fun of them because you're reporting their account for using the game under the age of 13 (you can't use almost all online services unless you're 13 or older)

13:30-end. taxes. Rehashes how his accountant screwed him last year and now he has three payments to make. He claims to have some money saved, but not enough, so he needs his fans to save his butt again. it's just begging, "I need your help." But a few interesting take-aways:

He's established that the tax-related begging will be perpetual. Every quarter he has to pay a ton in taxes but he doesnt know how much he owes. It will be a lot, probably on a payment plan over the course of years, and will include back taxes, interest, and late fees. The tax saga is officially endless at this point.

Interestingly, he is only begging for cash directly via tipping and patreon. He did not even mention bits at all, presumably because he knows he'll get in trouble for it. He needs money to pay for his taxes, and he's allowed to beg for it, so he does.

Even more interestingly though the patreon plugs were brief and sparse, so he seems uninterested in trying to resuscitate it. He's begging for money to pay for his taxes, not looking to expand his "business" or improve his patreon or offer better rewards or content. It's a long-term begging strategy, but a short-term business strategy.

It is contradictory as you point out because without Phil their twitter accounts and youtube channels would disappear into obscurity, even more so than they are now that is.
