I know this is autistic to ask, but doesn't most of SJWs want a superior future like Bob's?

Not really, most sjw's theoretically want everyone to be equal in terms of race and sex they don't engage in futurism. The lack of meaningful vision is actually one of the main criticisms of them since they're so narrow in scope they think black panther is a big deal.
Bobs utopianism is differant because he has an end game as opposed to bitching about superman being white. He see's a better world and wants to work towards it in the same sense a serial killer is working towards apotheosis via childrens skins.

Dumb comes in flavours afterall

It could be said most SJWs miss the forest for the trees. They REE over minor bullshit and have no long term plans.

Bob sees the forest, imagines there's a ridiculous Star Trek paradise on the other side and determines the only way to get there is lighting the forest on fire. Anyone who disagrees with his asinine plan is obviously just inferior.

Bob is not very smart.

Bobs intellect is one of the most fascinating aspects of the man, he seems naturally quite intelligent in terms of existential and logic but it's utterly sqandered because he has no emotive or social intelligence and is intellectually lazy outside of his comfort zone.
I remember reading about how he sabotaged attempts at therapy in high school by reading up on therapy and countering attempts to help him, he used his knack for academic learning to ensure he'd never get over his personal shortcomings. It's amazing to see someone strive to be a total fuck up with such vigor and skill.

So what you're saying is that Bob is very smart when it comes to being stupid.

If he'd do that to sabotage his therapy then what's his excuse for not reading any of the stories he talks about or paying attention to his dumb popcorn flicks? I guess that's his laziness at work if he's content (incorrectly) explaining things he barely knows about to people. He gets paid for it sometimes so it's not like he'd have reason to improve.

I still don't know how there is an audience for "Let me tell you about this thing I didn't read" but that's another topic.

Forgive the hasty crop [Source: Page 31], but that was actually before high school, I know that because that took place before/around the time The Wizard film came out, he was a high school senior when he was devastated by Yoshi's Island's ending.

I went to a Catholic school for a number of years and other than monthly Mass, daily morning prayer (which I never did because I was never raised Catholic), I found nothing different from my public school education so I have no clue what he's talking about.

I think he had more mental issues than school issues.

Bob's long overdue for a "Wow, I was a massive faggot in grade school" wakeup call.

Wow...Even as a kid Bob was a cunt. Sabotaging his own Therapy. What a fucking prick. I feel sorry for all the people who wasted their time trying to help Bob not be Bob.

I do have an inkling that Bob might be an undiagnosed aspie, considering the fact that his hobbies are incredibly narrow.

Given his life/work/school/family history I suspect that it's not exactly "undiagnosed". More that they largely used a different term for it in the School Counselors Halls in those days.

Bob's egocentrism is the part of him that I find most fascinating because it is large enough to have a gravitational pull of its own. One of the main reasons why I have a strict "do not engage policy" is because arguing with Bob is like trying to debate with a four-year-old because he has already won the argument in his mind no matter how hard you try to persuade him with facts. In his mind, he is already an intellectual ubermensch with no need to change his habits or perspective and all the principal/teachers/therapists are peons that are beneath contempt. It is the world that has to change to suit his desires and not him.

I know that many here point to :autism: as the reason why Bob is the way he his. That may very well be true, but I wonder if Ma and Pa Chipman should shoulder their share of the blame. Why do I have the feeling that they inadvertently took notes from the "Robert and Barbara School of Parenting?" Bob seems like he was the kind of kid to throw a tantrum if they didn't indulge his every whim.

In any case, the chances of Bob passing on his genes are about Frosty the Snowman's chances of surviving a hike through the Atacama Desert so we can be thankful for that.

Again, why don't you move?

I wish that I had the free time to sperg about TRU for days on end.

Cause maybe we cut down on them since Trump took over?

I have a feeling that the new IBWT will be extra-salty.

EDIT: That isn't the new IBWT. However, the new episode is just as pathetic and salty.

I never liked blaming the parents for :autism:. Bob and Barb didn't know how to deal with Chris, but none of their other children turned out as tugboat-riding, briefs-crapping autists. Similarly, I doubt the Chipmans were the world's greatest parents, but I'm pretty sure a non-autistic Bob would have done well in life.

Bob isn't doing that badly anyway for an autist. Yes, he's a basement-dwelling lolcow, but he makes over $4000 a month on Patreon. Given that most autists don't work at all, or only part time, that's comparatively good.
