I don't know if anyone caught this, but at one point in yesterday's SoT stream, Phil lamented the state of the video game industry and expressed that at one point he "wanted to maybe get into game development some day"

My mind just erupted when I heard that with visions of how hilarious Phil developing his own game would be. I would genuinely love to see him develop something, only to have it suck completely, and be torn apart by everyone who plays it. I'd love to see how he responds to the exact same criticism that he regularly dishes out to devs when he's the target.

If you want to read about the DSP of game devs then check out EvaXephon/YandereDev. Like DSP he:

• Regularly messes up the most basic things in his profession (game is so badly optimized that it runs below 30fps despite being less than 10% done)
• Is notorious for his caustic personality and inability to take criticism (so bad that even 4chan’s /v/ told him to GTFO)
• Blames all of his shortcomings on everything but himself (Once blamed emails for ruining his productivity despite being too greedy/lazy to hire a secretary)
• Has a cult-like following on reddit, discord, and twitch
• Has stagnated in life and is going nowhere fast (working on aforementioned game for almost 4 years now despite being nowhere close to finished)
• Has clearly lost passion for his work and is only in it for the money now (regularly puts off adding win conditions so he can wring his declining Patreon dry)

I was just going for an arbitrary number & am a Star Trek fan so, 47 it was. I know he is not that old, but he may as well be 77, for all the shit he puts his body through.

I would say, though, that on a usual day, he looks like a 40-50 year old guy with fairly good skin and a terrible Just For Men box haircolour. If Phil had any personality at all, and any care for himself at all, he could clean up to be reasonably pleasing to the eye, but as soon as he started talking... nahhhhh. Six weeks of moderate exercise and a personality transplant, he'd be fine. Even his boobies are small enough to drop away on a 2500 calorie a day diet and a walk around the motherfucking block. And his back would get much better. LOOOOOLLLLL.

If anyone sat like that every day for 47 years, they'd get a bad back.

However the back story of Pineapplehead is that long ago someone created a sock account on here under one of his common usernames to try and use KF as a personal army which ended up with him getting doxed.

I'd just keep that in mind and specifically that he never came here and talked shit about KF or anything of the sort.

Put it this way: because people did that kind of shit in the past, he technically has dox immunity. Not from KF or any staff/moderators but by my own rules if anyone posts his dox I'll probably remove them unless he proves himself to be more exceptional than he currently is.

Well I didn't mention all the side charcters because they don't figure into the end game. And the Dutch Catfish is DLC so I didn't mention that.

Classy Lois is a player character if that gets any extra points.

So out of all of those he is playing the following;
State of Decay 2 - its free
Sea of Thieves
He is playing God of War and Detroit Become Human and Farcry 5.

We already know he is going to rage quit farcry 5, Ni no Kuni 2 I think so too and God of War is borrowing from Dark Souls/Bloodborne combat where you cannot just mash and win also the combat flow is totally different. In Ni No Kuni 2 you have to dodge a lot too.

Seriously though 4 fucking games out of a 20+ list, that is shameful I thought he played the new hottest releases.

Why would he ragequit Far Cry 5? It's a braindead shooter with large potential for side content if he feels like just reading cheers, it seems like the perfect game for him.

All this talk about other Youtubers like YandereDev and Wings just proves how absolutely replaceable he is. He always thinks that these people who upload 'detractor' videos would be lost without him. But like most people do with entertainment, they'll move on to the next big thing. And Phil's denial and narcissism won't let him be absolutely crushed by that.

If anything he'd bore quit Far Cry 5 when he has to free a camp for the n-th time or has to grind for story progress. Or he gets triggered the first time he reads "this is boring" in stream chat.

Far cry 5 has the potential to be fun since most of his audience is European, so the racist jokes will be on him rather than on another country. He can't do that stupid "India India India Bollywood" song now. Just Southern jokes I guess. God of war is gonna be a slog though, since I think unlike the other games, he can't talk about boobs when they appear on screen.

If he quits NNK2 it won't be because of the difficulty. I'm not sure where people are getting that it's some difficult game; dodging is in it but you don't "have" to do so because the game is NOT calibrated for such. Phil isn't THAT terrible at games.
