Fucking hell, the Gainer thread was over two years ago, but to Shrimpy, every day is trolley problem day. He absolutely WALLOWS in periods from history he's salty about, trying to recontextualize them as abuse and not him acting like a fuckwit and being told as much.

Dude has scruples, in the classical sense: he can't let absolutely anything go and is always finding new things to hurt himself with. It comes from scrupula, a small, sharp stone that gets stuck in the shoe. Generally, it's indicative of major depression or anxiety disorders.
On the bright side, he's in the company of such historical lolcows as St. Francis of Assisi, who ran naked through the streets and publicly whipped himself for his sins, or St. Augustine of Hippo, who wrote a book about how (among many other things) a baby sins when it cries for its mother's milk.

In these images he fails so hard at a gimme ethics question because he cannot decide between an anime and a child's life, because he thinks it's a devious trap

Case in point: Will not fucking shut up about his fucking GGG headcanon, doesn't know what defines magical girl genre (It's not just a girl with magical powers, there are fucking trappings) and doesn't fucking watch them, but he absolutely knows Mamoru is not only an example of the genre "but boy" but also well done.
