Here's a thread to discuss your favorite content that never made into the final product.
For me, I would have love the Kraid battle that was planned for Metroid Prime.

And also, these unused voice clips in Atomic Bomberman's data

All the cut content from Knights of the Old Republic II. That poor game really suffered from a rushed production schedule brought on by a hard Christmas sales deadline set by LucasArts. With the cut content it actually would have ended properly, and not have so many obvious gaping holes in fleshing the party NPCs out or explaining events in the story. Some fan-made mods have helped bring some of the cut content back, but not all.

Bioshock Infinite's cut content, especially the differing paths in the game.
What they had originally was more interesting than the final product.

Far as cut content goes, Demon Souls had some interesting things in terms of cut conent. There was a world they would have included and some enemy models such as snake men (which would predate Dark Souls though still being second to King's Field: The Ancient City) and other furries you would have been able to fight.

I think the stop n swap stuff's in the Xbox 360 ports
But it was just the stuff that was already in the originals, with the only new stuff obviously being added in 360 version (avatars and themes, to be precise).
And on the subject of Banjo-Tooie, devil bottles, a multiplayer mode that would've let the second player control the enemies to hinder player 1. Part of it's even still in the game's code.

The original concept for Next Level Games’ 3DS Metroid game they were going to pitch before they were assigned to make Luigi’s Mansion 2 instead
Samus:

Unnamed Boss Creature:

I like the incredibly stylized look these concepts have.
I also really would have liked to see this alternate Final Boss with Dark Samus in Prime 2

Karen Hojo from Policenauts talking about how new york got so messed up in MGS2 that the statue of liberty had to be moved.

Too bad 9/11 ruined the ending.

Also DD was gonna have an ocelot outfit in MGSV originally

I understand L.A. Noire had two desks (Burglary and Bunko) cut from the game due to the project's scope getting massively out of control. I'd love to know what those were like, but it would be hard to do anything new with them at this point outside of literally bringing the actors in and hiring a new team to work with an old game. I liked the episodic, case-based nature of the game and more cases would have meant more game.

ALL the cut scenes from "Resident Evil 1". Who doesn't want to eat a Jill Sandwich?

I'd love to see how SaGa Frontier would've changed had they been able to finish it.

Would've loved for Obsidian to get more time with Fallout: New Vegas and add in all the Legion quests they planned, along with the numerous other things they just couldn't do because of how goddamn impatient Bethesda was. Ulysses from the Lonesome Road DLC would've been your ex-Legion companion who persuades you that they may not be so bad of a choice.

The fuck is a "Bunko?"

There was actually a load of content cut from the first Knights of the Old Republic too, some of which has been modded back into the game by fans. The planet Sleheyron was probably the largest thing cut, but from the looks of things Bioware never got very far with it. Some fans are working on an Unreal engine remake of the first KOTOR and Sleheyron is one of the things they're planning on including.

It's truly a shame that so much content had to be cut from MGSV.
Thanks, Konami.

"Bunko" (sometimes spelled bunco) is old-timey talk for "bullshit", and in the police jargon of the time "The Bunko Squad" handled fraud cases, con artists, that kind of thing.

Swindling people with things like fraud, forgery, counterfeiting, fake goods, stuff like that. I guess you were going to investigate that too.

I wondered if that was a cut department when I played and on being promoted to a new desk a guy said something like "So you worked your way up here from Bunko?" or something to that effect, when I'd just come from something entirely different.

Edit: Beaten!
