Meatloaf with massive onion chunks (do neither of them know how to cut things into small pieces?) and two separate carb sides. And again, not a single speck of green vegetables to be found anywhere.

Food probably tastes fine, but man, how hard is it to make something even remotely healthy/balanced?

The meatloaf seems alright to me, though I usually make mine with as others have mentioned smaller onion bits as well as a garnish of thick tomato sauce. Still can't cotton on to the big bits of skin in the mash though given I like 'em best in jacket or baked potato. Also I've had those mini rolls; they are sad and should not be eaten.

It's perfectly fine for a dinner though. Not an Easter one, but it's an okay dinner when you just want comfort food.

And Phil is made even more the mockery when you know the poor woman who is using him to escape a horrid fate did all of the work. And again, it is pathetic he is trying to use her as a trophy and to go "Look you fucking idiots, I have a dame that makes me grub to devour voraciously! I'm better than you and that bitch Leanna!". It really is amazing how unlike the Jack Scalfani video, the person who's laughable is behind the camera.

It looks like pretty good comfort food. I don't really care if the onions are too thick, I kind of prefer them like that especially with something like a pasta sauce. Somewhere in the middle.

Could seriously do with some vegetables though, and I don't know how many times it needs to be pointed out how much white bread Phil eats.

Kat has an easy job. Normally you try to make a meal somewhat presentable, but with phil, no need to make it look pretty, even food that resembles feces flecked with discharge with a rotting sea slug as a side is all good with the pigroach.

Powerleveling food here, regardless of how it tastes that LOOKS revolting.

JFC gotta make sure to have some white bread with that 3 potatoes worth of smashed potatoes. Who seriously makes 5 to 6 large potatoes for two people?

I honestly had the same initial reaction. If you've ever made beef stock and then skimmed the flakes of fat off the top after it's been in the refrigerator you will understand why having large flat white pieces in your beef dish reads as disgusting on an initial viewing with no smell/taste cues to inform identification.

Gonna have to get on the what the hell are those onion trains, but also who makes meatloaf without sauce? Plain meatloaf is boring even by Phil standards.

Also, while this would be acceptable if bland most days is this really the best they could do for Easter? Not even some cheesy potatoes or green bean casserole?

She's from the Midwest if there's one thing she should do right it's holiday side dishes.

I honestly think some of the stuff that DSP cooked himself while maidless looked more appetizing than these Kat meals and Leanna was obviously much, much better at this. Remember DSP mentioning, on multiple occasions, how Kat was excited to get the chance to cook with 'good ingredients' because she never could in the past? what was she living on, cup noodles? because all she seems to do is make basic baked goods, meat and potatoes. This latest meal looks like prison slop.

I know meatloaf and mashed potatoes are not the most aesthetic looking foods, but for fucks sake at least try to make it look a little better on the eye, that looks like it was just slapped on a plate.

As well as tasting good, food should look good too.

I so called it. She's making bulk batches of everything. It explains the veggies too. Hard to bulk cook those since they don't keep as well. Really easy to make like 3 pounds of taters though.

Edit: I'm not blaming her btw. She's got a real job. I'd do similar stuff too. Cook a ton of shit on my day off so I don't have to bother when I came home exhausted.

Seriously, I don't blame Kat on the food presentation since she ain't cookin' for a restaurant or to show off; she's cooking to guarantee something that ain't take out. Instead, I blame Phil touting her basic achievements to a crowd of people to look like he's not a fat, childish, loser who will die alone due to bugged personality mechanics.

Remember; she's cooking just for some okay food, not to show off. She ain't the Jack Scalfani in this group; Phil is since he wants to show her off to look better than he really is.

Could be but how hard is it to buy a large bag of frozen mixed veg, portion some out and sautee it in a separate pan with a little olive oil and seasonings? Or buy a head of broccoli on the way home, tear it up and steam for a couple minutes? Wilt some spinach in a pan and add a touch of garlic butter and parmesan cheese on top. None of that takes time.

Yes prepping stuff in advance is a good thing as it saves a lot of time but it doesn't mean ignoring your health at the same time. Phil supposedly had gout. This kind of food is going to give it to him again.
