If there's one thing I'm sure of, it's that I know he knows he's fucked up. Is he ashamed of it? Absolutely.

This is the guy that is constantly scrambling to change his history whilst making the worst attempts to cover up his past sins. He's flippant as fuck and can't keep himself in check because he has nothing else to do with his life.

Jerry, I'm almost willing to bet money on it, is absolutely aware of how fucked up he is. This is why he pretends to be other people, why he projects his warped interpretations of life onto people and believes in them, and why he has no original bone in his body: He's doing everything in his power to distract people from what he actually is.

No fool who was ever ignorant of themselves ever tried to be a different fool.

I love how nonchalantly Peet just ignores the real events that contributed to the post-Starlight villains being villains. Starlight herself was confirmed via Twitter to have been a latchkey kid and her parents were never around. This made Sunburst leaving sting extra hard since he was pretty much her only friend. So she turned all "equalist" to try and stop others from experiencing the same thing. Stygian (I guess that's how his name is spelled) was the one who brought all the legends together and was their chief strategist. He did all the research and got none of the kudos when the monsters were defeated. He tried to copy the powers of the legends but was cast out without getting a chance to explain. The shadow demon offered him the power he wanted and he was grief stricken enough to fall for it. Wallflower Blush was a literal background character before she even found the stone because nobody would talk to her. Even after the friendship orbital laser hit Sunset and everyone started to mingle with each other, nobody cared enough to even try. It was only after all that did he start using it. Hell that was a lesson in the special, that Sunset wasn't friendly towards anyone not in her social circle and that "not being mean isn't always enough, sometimes you have to actually be nice to others."

Okay enough sperging on my part >_>. I didn't think he'd find a way to shoehorn in another "fuck Josh" bit, but he did.

I would feel it's probably accurate to assume peet isn't in the whole internet content creation business for any love of the shows they discuss so much as it is they get to tell others how to think, the validation from people who become fans of them, and the control of being able to blink away dissent with the push of a button. it's not that they like the things they talk about so much as the platform satisfies all of their vices really.

Also got pretty peeved at Peet blatantly ignoring the fact that Discord decidedly was not kicked out of the game in the D&D episode purely to keep their narrative about Brony D&D going.

You know you're fucked when Jerry can legitimately make you look bad, but here Jerry is using screencaps from private skype and discord chats that were totally not doctored, because it's so easy to doctor images, especially against people you don't like, which is why everything about him is doctored!

Something still rubs me the wrong way about this recent bit of FNGR vs. Peet drama. While I don't doubt that the possibility of Anthony being an abusive fuck is quite possible, weeks ago, Buttons did a big call out post against Lily, accusing her of trying to manipulate her into saying FNGR is abusive. Sadly, no archive, but Brittany and others who have been trying to spread awareness of Lily have a link to the original post, showcasing that at one point it did exist.

I smell a rat.

Allow me to explain.

I posted about this in either Anthony's or Button's thread a while back, but Buttons went to Peet when Patchwork Heart offered to let her in to talk about Rift drama. Anthony/FNGR got so pissed that he ended up screaming at her at the top of his lungs in a public Limbo call and insulting her until she started crying (likely not that hard to accomplish, but still). So she freaked out and removed/blocked Peet and Patchwork, left their room, and made a post condemning Peet to try to appease Anthony/FNGR. And it turns out Peet didn't actually make a script. Peet just posted censored logs in the "Heroic Patreon" section of the discord as a point of discussion.

Yes. The entire conversation could have been eased, had peet not being present. But patchwork at this point is a tool under Peet's command.

tl;dr
  • Toon (the pedophile) was a member of a DnD group that was lead by Josh.
  • They recorded many of their sessions in advance, and had at least 12+ unreleased episodes with Toon in them.
  • When it was discovered that Toon was a pedo, they kicked him out of future episodes (Ep 66 is the official cutoff point)
  • Jerry tried to get Patch (a victim of Toon) to whine and complain to Josh about the sessions, claiming that by releasing them they're "giving him a platform," "enabling a pedophile," and "normalizing pedophilia."
  • Jerry and Patch had two calls with Josh. They recorded both of the calls behind Josh's back and publicly released them (I have both of them saved as well.)
  • Josh and co. (sans Toon) have been releasing the DnD episodes as quickly as possible, and including 10 minute recaps that do not feature Toon at all.
  • Jerry used this opportunity to rally up an army of fans to dog-pile hate on Josh in an attempt to get the episodes with Toon taken down.
  • It should also be mentioned that two other victims of Toon, Eliyora and SEGASister, are all for keeping this series up (Eli is a member of the group, and SEGA is currently in a relationship with another member).

That's the relatively abridged version. I was considering a Salt Mine thread, but it's too late now.

Hilarious that it's two victims to one as far as the content staying up is concerned but none of those faggots seem to care.

If that wasn't a telltale sign of Jerry using this as an excuse to badger Josh, then I don't know what is.
