Knowing now that Channel Awesome "hired" Luke because his father was Colin Mochrie made me think back to Suburban Knights. I watched it once when it first came out and remember now all the scenes where Doug was fawning and cooing over Luke to try and make Film Brain's character jealous, it was really over the top. I thought it was creepy then but it's even worse knowing they were just trying to butter him up to gain a celebrity connection. For shame.

It's also amusing to imagine film brain whining and pulling out his hair because Spoony didn't know who he was. I wonder/can't remember if that was before or after they'd done the crossover review together in 2010. Would be funnier if it was after.

Also yeah I think Lupa is a bit of a drama queen, but do I buy good deal of what she put in the document because similar complaints seem to be coming from nearly everyone involved.

I just thought I'd drop in and give my two cents.

I find a lot of Doug Walker's videos as the Nostalgia Critic to be quite funny. There were some stupid ones, especially the more recent ones. The more skit based ones with little movie content were the weakest content he's ever produced. The steaming shit crown of course, wasn't one of those. It was a review he did of The Incredible Hulk. It's obvious he didn't like the movie and made an unfunny review of it. That is what made me unsubscribe and I haven't been back since.

I don't think anyone in this thread mentioned it but speculation from our sites autistic 2nd cousin DHI mentions that JewWario could have been the one grooming younger fangirls. If that's the case it would make sense that they aren't naming him as the culprit, like out of some kind of respect for the dead situation.

And being dead, he definitely fits the "former producer" criteria.

Alright, I'm bored in English composition, and this has me really curious.

So we know:

• It was a guy
• He was fired
• He was a producer
• He had to be there at least a year

This excludes current members like Angry Joe, those who weren't fired like JewWario, and those who aren't producers Brentalfloss.

So, current guesses are:

I'm going to look into a list of people fired from Channel Awesome and see if I can add/remove people from the list. I'm honestly really curious about this, because if this is true (and I believe that it is), that means they let a predator loose, no warning, after allowing him to prey on people.

This is the closest I can see to the accusation in this post. I've seen no other accusation than Kuriboh. This woman randomly mentioned how her "abuser" was in the opening of the Nostalgia Critic's episodes. I've seen nothing else since. I'm glad I saw this back in the day. It was on Lindsay's Doug diss tweet.
