That's how all those tranny horror stories start. Mentally unsound, insecure losers in the 16-25 age bracket who are struggling to find their place in life tend to be susceptible to trooning out, especially if all their friends are troons too and/or if they're struggling to cope with something. Narcissa Wright is a good example of this.
Oftentimes these types of trannies end up that way to escape their reality, thinking if they become someone else they can escape their problems. It's the same kind of thinking that leads to waifu dinner pictures on imageboards, mmo or video game addicts, and furries trying to live their lives out through their fursona. It's also the kind of thinking that leads to trannies using anime girl icons and wishing that they could be the anime girl they wanted to rail so much.
At least when you were a teenager the dumb shit you would have done would have broken a few bones and cut your skin at worst, instead of sterilizing you, unless you did something dumb like shoot fireworks on your crotch.
