You're new to the whole DSP thing right? Not trying to defend BSV, but his POV is "Ross is a mentally unstable person and I'm not sure he actually did what he said he did and he's not what he says he is"

I think BSV sees himself on Ross a lot, especially his mental state.

BSV pedo claims were never true iirc and "PedoViking" was just someone else, this Bryan vs Vidar thing goes back like years ago, they squashed it and even were friendly to each other here but Bryan's snake tendencies come out when it fits his e-fame

In terms of autism scale, Bryan, BSV and Ross are pretty close to each other and Bryan and Vidar are meant to do this dance forever

timestamps for anyone that wants them. sorry there are so many but he just said so much exceptional shit. his double speak is so hard to write out i'll finish the second half of the video tomorrow i need to sleep the pedophile off -

4:43 - Ross finally gets audio to work.

5:46 - Ross explains teacher aide job is volunteer work.

6:21 - Ross "You do realize the whole hitting kids shit is was like, th-the thing that is I was I was mentally fucking with uhh people in that discord chat." argues with Jim whether or not the chat was in discord or a google hangout.

7:23 - Jim "Is the school aware of any of this? Do they have any idea that you've made statements like that?"
Ross "Well no because like I don't even think that they well honestly it's rather subjectiable rather if they do really need to know or not."

10:59 - Ross "I'm not really into like harming kids like they're too fragile I cannot do that."

11:12 - Ross "Do you even want to know why be- becaus cause honestly Jim you don't care about me getting help." #1 12:20 2nd mention, 16:32 3rd mention, 34:27 4th mention

14:52 - Ross to Jim "You knew you knew me for years and you've been secretly watching me this entire time."

15:41 - Ross "I need to get help for pedophila. That's what I need to get help for. I mean like seriously like did you think I was not going to say that or what."
Jim "So then you are a pedophile working at a fucking elementary school!"
Ross "Oh my god, you're twisting it as if anything is going to happen to those kids."

17:40 - Discussion on the aide job being apart of a state program and Ross likely not telling the program he's in that he's a pedophile. Ross "I mean if you want to get all tinfoil hat about it, sure."

21:24 - Tonka "Two yes or no questions. You say you're a pedophile yes or no."
Ross "Yes."
Tonka "Okay, are you working at a school yes or no."
Ross "I uh I volunteer there but if you want to say technically yes."
Tonka "That's a problem! That's a fucking problem and if you can't see that-"
Ross "But am I child molester? No. So there you go. Not ever because I don't stoop to that low."

22:59 - Tonka "Ross do you really do you really think that like that Jim has strummed up this fucking weird narrative against you? Is that is that what you think's going down?"
Ross - "Yeah! I do!"

23:48 - Todd Nickerson is a "virtuous pedophile".

25:17 - Ross "You're saying that I'm the bad guy in all of this and I'm saying that there is no bad guy."

26:55 - Ross "But Jim you think I don't know who you actually I mean your name is not actually Jim I know that [laughing]." [...] "Well you willing gave your face on youtube you literally did that yourself." [...] "You not showing your face is going make you look more of a pussy than me."

29:29 - Ross "Well I mean you're twisting me as the bad guy yet again." [...] "Does there need to be a bad guy? I mean in your fucking like warped mind you need to have a bad guy at every turn" [...] No I'm saying there doesn't need to be a bad guy."

31:17 - Ross "Todd Nickerson is not even a bad guy I'm just saying right now."

31:27 - Ross "Honestly people like Jim it's people like you that need to get a bullet to the head because you're promoting hatred, bigotry etc"
Tonka "Pedophobia is that what you're going with Ross?"
Ross "I don't know I mean that's I'm surprised that's not even a thing."

32:47 - Ross "Why I should tell the truth all the time? You lie all the time Jim! At least I don't I don't tell people I tell the truth all the time, unlike you" [...] "Well you never claimed that you lied which honestly I mean I'm more I'm more honest than you."

34:14 - Fourth Jim video on Ross confirmed.

What the fuck, Ross?! WHAT THE FUCK?!

I know this is late and also just heard about the "kid touch" thing with Ross, but what the fuck.

Hope Metokur releases a Part 4 of this insanity.

Man what a roller coaster ride that was.

I want to believe that Ross will either an hero, be sent to the nut house or busted by the feds before he has the opportunity to (try to) kill someone or defile a kid given how much of a genuine tard he is. The fact that he got employed as a teacher's assistant at an elementary school does not fill me with any optimism in the system. Not at all. :heart-empty:

It's California, what did you expect?

Barring arrest/trial/imprisonment, involuntary psychiatric commitment, or Ross's death (suicide/"overzealous spectator"), I dont think he has much more to say about this dude.

Part 4 will be about his meltdown, going into a mall and killing a bunch of people, immediate suicide and the police report of what horrific shit they found on his PC and the incoming reports of his abuse victims.

And I really, really wish I was making a joke in bad taste. But I'm not.

Serious question though, are there any pointed objects at a group home? Knives, metal forks, anything like that? I like to think any clerk at a gun store would take one look (and probably whiff) at Ross and immediately decide not to sell him anything more than a pack of gum, so I doubt he'll get access to firearms.

Forgive me but I'm not going back & listening to anything I missed, did The Hole ever show up to the Kumite call?

You'd think so, but there has been time after time where mass shooters who should've been barred from having guns were not. Allow me to quote an article I found from some quick Google searching:
Nikolas Cruz is just the latest U.S. mass shooter to legally obtain and own guns because of limited firearms laws, lapses in the background check process or law enforcement's failure to heed warnings of concerning behavior.

The 19-year-old had made threats and was expelled from school, bragged about killing animals, posed with guns on social media and went to a clinic for mental health treatment before took an AR-15-style rifle he had bought legally to a Florida high school and killed 17 people.

The same style weapon has been used in Sutherland Springs, Texas; Las Vegas; San Bernardino, California; and Newtown, Connecticut. A similar rifle was used in Orlando.

President Donald Trump kept a loophole allowing people to obtain guns while undergoing mental health treatment that President Barack Obama had tried to close. Other mass shooters have gotten around restrictions by using weapons initially purchased legally.

A look at some recent mass shootings, the number of deaths and how the attackers obtained their guns:

___

PARKLAND, FLORIDA: FEB. 14, 2018. 17 DEAD

Cruz legally purchased a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifle in February 2017 from a licensed gun store located about 3 miles (5 kilometers) from the school, law enforcement officials said.

Cruz had gone to a mental health clinic for treatment but hadn't been there in more than a year, Broward County Mayor Beam Furr said. Under federal law, gun purchases can only be blocked if a person is legally declared a "mental defective" or committed to a mental institution.

If Cruz wanted a handgun, however, the sale wouldn't have been allowed. Federal allows people as young as 18 to buy semi-automatic weapons from licensed dealers. Handgun purchases are restricted to 21 and older.

Cruz had his gun for about seven months when he commented on YouTube that he was "going to be a professional school shooter." The FBI said it investigated but was unable to identify the person who posted the comment.

In January, the FBI received a tip from someone who said Cruz had expressed a desire to kill people, was making disturbing social media posts and could potentially commit a school shooting.

The agency failed to follow protocols and no further investigation was conducted.

SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, TEXAS: NOV. 5, 2017. 25 DEAD

Devin Patrick Kelley's history of domestic abuse barred him from legally buying guns, but he did so anyway because information about his crimes was never entered into a federal database used for background checks.

Kelley purchased four guns, including the AR-15-style rifle and handguns found in and near First Baptist Church, from licensed dealers in Texas and Colorado over a four-year span.

The 26-year-old passed required background checks because the Air Force never informed the FBI about his criminal conduct - an assault on his wife and her child that led to a court-martial, a year of confinement and a bad conduct discharge.

Military rules require that the information be shared.

A 1996 law bans people convicted of even a misdemeanor-level domestic violence offense from owning guns. Kelley was convicted at a court-martial for choking his then-wife and fracturing her son's skull in 2012.

LAS VEGAS: OCT. 1, 2017. 58 DEAD

Stephen Paddock amassed the bulk of his arsenal over the span of a year, culminating with a purchase three days before he holed up in the Mandalay Bay hotel and opened fire on a country music festival below.

Paddock purchased 33 of the 49 weapons found in the hotel room and at his homes between October 2016 and Sept. 28, 2017, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

None of the purchases drew scrutiny because the 64-year-old Paddock passed all background checks. His gradual accumulation of weapons went undetected because federal law does not require licensed gun dealers to alert the government about rifle purchases.

Twelve of the semi-automatic rifles recovered by authorities were equipped with bump stocks, a device that allows them to fire repeatedly without pulling the trigger over and over.

___

ORLANDO, FLORIDA: JUNE 12, 2016. 49 DEAD

Omar Mateen purchased an AR-15-style rifle, a Sig Sauer MCX, and a handgun on separate days about a week before the attack from a licensed dealer near his home in Fort Pierce, Florida. The 29-year-old passed a background check and had two security licenses, one of which allowed him to be armed while on duty.

The FBI investigated Mateen in 2013 and 2014 after co-workers shared concerns about statements he had made concerning possible ties to terrorist groups. Neither inquiry led to criminal charges. Even if he had been placed on a terrorism watch list, Congress in 2015 rejected attempts to prevent people on the list from purchasing guns.

___

SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA: DEC. 2, 2015. 14 DEAD

Syed Farook and his wife used weapons that the FBI said were legally purchased by his neighbor, Enrique Marquez, from a licensed dealer in 2011 and 2012. Marquez, who pleaded guilty to charges he conspired to provide support to terrorists and made false statements to acquire a firearm, told investigators that Farook asked him to buy the weapons because he would draw less attention. At the time, the FBI said, the men were plotting to shoot up a community college and a highway.

___

ROSEBURG, OREGON: OCT. 1, 2015. 10 DEAD

Christopher Harper-Mercer and his family members legally purchased the handguns and rifle he used in the Umpqua Community College shooting from a federally licensed gun dealer, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

___

CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA: JUNE 17, 2015. 9 DEAD

A drug arrest should have prevented Dylann Roof from purchasing the pistol authorities said he used at Emanuel AME Church, but a record-keeping error and background check delay allowed the transaction to go through. The FBI said a background check examiner never saw the arrest report because the wrong arresting agency was listed in state criminal history records. After three days, the gun dealer was legally permitted to complete the transaction.

___

WASHINGTON, D.C.: SEPT. 16, 2013. 12 DEAD

Aaron Alexis, a former reservist turned civilian contractor, passed state and federal background checks and legally purchased the pump-action shotgun used in the Washington Navy Yard shooting despite a history of violent outbursts and recent mental health treatment. Alexis was accused of firing a gun in anger in Texas in 2004 and in Seattle in 2010 but was not prosecuted in either case. In 2011, he received an honorable discharge despite bouts of insubordination, disorderly conduct and unauthorized absences. None of that would have disqualified him from purchasing a weapon.

___

NEWTOWN, CONNECTICUT: DEC. 14, 2012. 26 DEAD

Adam Lanza used his mother's weapons, including a .223-caliber semi-automatic rifle, in the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Lanza's mother, whom he fatally shot before going to the school, also purchased the ammunition, investigators said.

___

AURORA, COLORADO: JULY 20, 2012. 12 DEAD

James Holmes was receiving psychiatric treatment when he passed required federal background checks and legally purchased the weapons he used in his movie theater assault. As in the Parkland and Navy Yard cases, treatment alone did not prevent him from buying guns.
