idk, I largely haven't followed the Jonathan Ross saga but I have to get involved from time to time because a lot of his alogs are involved with DSP shit.

All I can tell from a passing glance is that he's clearly mentally unstable and even if he is a pedophile doing all of this "poking" and inviting him onto talk shows and trying to get at him is about as bad as being a pedophile.

I get that this is the place for lolcows and reading/talking/laughing about them, but that's what my thoughts on the matter are. I do think there are limits to how involved people should be when it comes to this sort of subject matter.

I get how you can think that but I'm one of those idiots who went and listened to a good +16 hours of stream the first time around and about 8hrs of kumite over the last day and a half. Some of them might be aware this doesn't look good but they all seem to think they are either innocent or don't look as bad as others. Ruby seems like the least aware in general being simply an emotionally unstable attention whore. They aren't trolling, they think they are repairing their reputation if anything.

Figured I'd throw this out there and find out if anyone agrees with this. In the past there seems to have been a consensus that most, if not all, of the things we know about Ross come from him. He's such a retard he gives away virtually anything either by slipping up or by just outright stating it deliberately. What I mean here is that he's never really been hesitant to either outright lie or to tell the truth once found out. This issue of "What school does he work at?" has gotten a different response from him. When the question is asked, the guy who was friends with him says he couldn't ever get a clear answer. So Ross is being cagey about that. Why is this the one thing he has suddenly decided to be cagey about? Why is this the one time where nobody can seem to verify it via Ross directly?

I make the following statement with absolutely no evidence. I think Ross already did something and he's cagey (however useless doing that at this point may be) because he's afraid that someone finds what he's done. Again, he seems to have little to no problem saying hes a pedo because in his mind, that isn't the problem. In his mind, touching a kid is the problem. As a result he suddenly gets very hesitant to tell people that he thinks he can trust at the time where it is that he works and what exactly his position is.

Of course maybe hes just playing 35D Chess and we're all just his puppets.
