Looks (sounds) like Sorbet to me. I dont know about neuro problems, but it does have a messed up eye which chris facebooked saying the vet told him ot probably got hit by a car. Sorbet in my opinion is the saddest character in christory.

It was pollo (“polo”for all you Spanish speakers, because bilingual Chris doesn’t get the joke). Sorbet is the orange and white cat. Pollo is the black and white and I don’t think anyone had seen him for a while. Sorbet was the one hit by the car and then blasted out of a drain pipe with a hose but he did take him to the vet. He’d just been there for something else too. He has a bad respiratory problem now and his eye is shot.
