In regards to some people mentioning Gin; its actually reasonably expensive it is more than vodka and basic whisky/rum. He must have a couple of bottles stashed if not more. People usually drink a lot to escape their reality so it goes to show how he actually feels. What he got got Kat; a basic 5 looking normie who is basic HOWEVER he has no control over Kat which he had over Panda for years. It took Panda about 8 months to deprogram all the crap Phil warped her with however Kat was there for 5 weeks and already then the cracks were showing.

The next season is probably going to feature some high level Phil salt. Do I think Kat is saving money to escape - damn straight who wouldn't.

Really, how can someone retweet or even like any of DSP's posts? They not doing it means they don't want their social media friends to know that they know DSP, therefore the only like and retweets DSP gets are from sock accounts or functional retards

I'd argue 80-90% of his social media interaction, i.e likes favs and retweets come from detractors. Him asking people to help him isn't going to help at all imo, he doesn't seem to have many legit active fans. All he has are the regular stream viewers and donos and a load of people watching his every move.

I think it’s more that Phil doesn’t post anything on social media that people care for. All I ever see on Twitter is his upcoming schedule and “today’s stream of [game] is all uploaded go watch”, and then the occasional remark about WWE or a Netflix series he’s watching - he doesn’t post anything that seems too engaging and the few times they are engaging such as discussing WWE no-one cares to listen because it’s all drowned out by his other uninteresting things.

Yeah I think DSP severely underestimates the amount of legit fans he has. A lot of the responses are just detractors pretending to be fans. What they'll do is they'll try and push him into shooting himself in the foot with stuff. For example like they'll act clueless and ask questions about whats going on with some specific drama this week or ask his thoughts on something just to set him off. I don't think a lot of his fans care about the tax shit and the money. Instead its mostly detractors who ask him this stuff to get him to go on another drama filled rant in hopes they get something juicy.

Sometimes he's caught them out though, when they ask a question once or twice he's been like "You're just asking this so I'll start drama!" but very rarely, he's pretty clueless as long as the question has some sort of praise.

Phil is in a no-win scenario. If he makes no attempt to get his name out there to grow his name/channel, people will call him out for being lazy. If he does make the attempt, then people will go to social media and advise the person/company in question that they're gonna risk ruining their reputation by associating with Phil.

I was purely in the "Phil you fucking idiot" camp when he turned down a collab with Cryaotic for Monster Hunter World, but I can't blame anyone for backing down when associating with Phil comes with his detractor baggage.

As far as the Omega Saga, I don't see what the issue is. Reach out, the worst he can do is say no or ignore him. I bitched about Phil closing the stream after being handed 5k viewers, so why would I bitch about him possibly playing video games with someone who could easily boost his numbers, if not just a little bit? Now, if someone bitched at Phil for being a hypocrite then I can see that. I don't use Twitter, but it seems the detractors there like to try and pull anyone who interacts with Phil into the bullshit. I think this is because some people like to watch and let Phil fuck things up himself (I would be one of those people), and some people want to actively try to alter his life. I try to take the Zoo approach and just observe and enjoy the shit show. Watching people try to shoo away people or convert them is pretty sad to be honest.
