Boogie has no balls so it's obvious he wouldn't be able to tolerate pain without bitching and making himself out to be some unfortunate victim. If he just had low pain tolerance and didn't whine and attention whore about it then it would be different, but Boogie always has to be dramatic and try to be the center of attention.

50K (and especially 75K) is still a lot for sitting on your ass parroting opinions you've heard and crying for sympathy. Why you'd want your brand to be associated with this massive blob of failure is beyond me. I'm surprised he gets any notable amount from Twitch considering what an asshole he acts like on stream when he doesn't have to worry about hundreds of thousands of viewers and advertisers seeing how shitty he is.
I'd like to think he does. His smiles when he's genuinely around friends and actually playing video games rather than angsting on stream tells me he does. He just needs to seriously get help and work on getting that help. Find a good therapist. Build a relationship with them, put in some effort to get through those layers of issues, etc etc. It's a lot of hard work and takes a long time, but it can get better.

In regard to the pain scale conversation earlier, he says that the back pain would be a 9-10 when he would wake up every day a few years ago. Even with pain meds, he says it would be a 7 just sitting down and an 8-9 if he tried to walk. Now these days with the weight loss, he wakes up with a 7 on the pain scale. And with meds, it's a 3-4. He gives some examples of what his pain scale is like by saying infected teeth being removed without anesthesia, breaking his arm, and dead lymphedema skin being removed without anesthesia were 10s. He cries and complains about how the YT Creator Summit is the first big outing without hisnurseex-wife, and that he has a bunch of other gatherings to attend this summer which makes him so ANXIOUS. Says he knows if he needs help, he can just tweet out a distress signal and his followers will come running to his rescue. His friends Chad and Jason are coming with him as wranglers. Also mentions he needs to get new pictures of him with people like Casey Neistat and Philip DeFranco in his "new body" etc.
Most of us could live on our own off of 30,000. Granted, we don't have all the medical bills Boogie does, but I do have some, and I still know how to make it stretch. How expensive is his house?
Hasn't he claimed to have been in therapy before or was that just the support group he joined because of his "emotional eating"? I don't think therapy would help Boogie anyway. It seems like he doesn't want to get better besides his weight, of course his personality is much uglier than his blob like form. He's like a really emotional and dramatic young woman. He wants to bitch and moan about how bad he's got it but he doesn't want help to improve his life. He just wants people's attention and sympathy and for them to praise him for having to endure his "problems".
I'm sure Boogie is very well off. He doesn't seem to have actual expensive taste, he just likes to shove food down his throat and collect toys and vidya. I'm sure Boogie has a mortgage that isn't super expensive per month either. Boogie's biggest expense is probably entertainment. I wouldn't be surprised if he spent more on Hearthstone than most people spend on food in a month.
