At some point he started doing the opposite.. He would rate or to get those fact spewing people off his back for a while. I almost know for a fact he did that with me a couple of times.

Bryan has one thing separating him from someone like Chris or Len Shaner: He learns enough from his past to stop giving some forms of easy content to people (see his current 'no streaming' phase, or the phase where he suddenly stopped spazzing out in this particular thread), but he never learns enough to stop making cow actions in the 1st place.

Like I said, he and Ross have one thing in common: They've been around cow culture and know enough about it to effectively mock or troll some cows, but they never have the self-awareness that they themselves may be (rightly) considered cows to the larger cow-watching public.

Ultimately, I feel three points of concern:

(a) In order to bring criminal charges, you have to convince a prosecutor to bring the indictment. Since this is something that, as far as I know, has never been tested in court, his behavior would have to be particularly egregious (and I would have to be particularly influential) for anyone to care.

(b) KF is already walking on egg shells and has permeated public consciousness far deeper than anything Bryan has done, or ever will do. Bringing criminal court into the mix at all is a bad idea.

(c) The various Internet rights advocacy groups which exist for setting court precedent would not be in my side.

(d) I don't actually support the application of the law in this way.

I still believe, on a technical level, I am completely entitled to tell someone to access my server. I am not disregarding what I sent to Bryan. I have set aside all the evidence I have to prove he continues, to this day, to access this website and I will continue to collect that data. Should he continue to do this, I will have it ready, and indeed in the scraping lawsuits the incidents of abuse happen usually over a span of years and technical options have been eliminated.

So, I'm going back to my first plan. If Bryan continues to make alts, I will begin naming them after his family members until someone finds out what he's doing and gets him to fuck off. Mean, I know, but it's about as fair as I can be.

Also, isn't this a line in the sand crossed without consequence letting him know that he can just do whatever the hell he likes? Also, wouldn't naming his alts after his family members - and in doing so involve others that have nothing to do with his actions - fuck up your court case? I'm not exactly experienced in this but I can't imagine that a judge would look to kindly upon that.

I mean this shit has been going on throughout this thread, and yeah it's kind of a low blow to bring his girlfriend into it, but he's that type of clingy where like, he cant just drop it. He's so emotionally intense that if you sit next to him on the bus and maybe offer him a stick of gum, or a cigarette at a party, and start talking with him, he suddenly thinks youre besties. And then he gets his heart broken when that's not the case. That weird intensity is what's so fucking funny about him.
