I miss her :(

I wouldn't call this a better place:
l_10117029_002.jpg

I miss Leanna too. Now seeing back, she was indeed one of the best detractors ever. She dared to criticize Phil, she dared to sabotage his streams and I'm pretty sure she was sometimes an annoyance and confrontal on purpose so he would move his fat ass to do something productive, or at least gift her some time.

Often it seemed she just made shit up about him cuz she's just a mental child (Phil: I can't hear you, have headphones, all I can hear is 'Wuwuwumpa'. She: Don't worry, that's what I hear when you talk too). No, I think she was just really fed up with Phil's shenanigans and his whole behaviour, at least in the end times. I mean, what would anybody do when the boyfriend/girlfriend blocks everything you say as a "Nah, she's just mean to annoy me"? Leanna has at least a personality with courage, right in Phil's fat mouth and she achieved nothing. For all we know Phil can't take any form of criticism, and Leanna knew that way before we had a chance to observe Phil. So I can't blame her at all when she gets confrontal during his "job". I mean, this insecure asshole couldn't even talk to his girlfriend like a normal human being while he plays videogames. Just like a kid who is annoyed of mother.
I wonder who the real daughter was in this relationship. Because Phil behaved like a little bitch.

And I think she is really cute.

I miss her sass mouth. She had (has?) potential to be properly funny. I think she could actually, for a lack of a better term, grow up to be a real entertainer of some sort. She was a little puppy back in the day and was irritating, but she had potential to be an actual person. She would have made a great straight guy to Phil's bullshit, or they could have had a Honeymooner's dynamic, but Phil can't see an opportunity for comedy like that. His ego just can't be the butt. Ahem.

Is Kat driving them to Seattle? When was the last time we know of him driving?

This is just a prime example of Phil's shitty spending decisions. Probably a perfect one. I don't think he has any disposable income, but he STILL spends a ton of money on crap anyways. Its been said a ton of times and with a ton of examples that Phil can't save or budget at all, he's a spending addict and has shitty spending habits. And while I do think he's in a shitty financial hole, I think that what the paypigs are paying for is to not actually save him from the worst outcome, its just the maintain the lifestyle that he wants. It's why he won't sell his big house and go into a smaller one even though his house is worth like 50 grand or whatever. He wants a specific lifestyle and his paypigs have been maintaining it all this time, its just getting harder to maintain.

I think with the money he gets he could easily get himself out of the financial rut he can get himself in, it means making a few sacrifices like moving house and not paying for like 5 subscription TV things at once, but they're clearly sacrifices he won't make. He loves to spend. It's a little annoying when you think about it, he has all this money at his fingertips to save his financial trouble and set himself up for the future, but he does dumb shit like get out a credit card and put himself in more debt just to pay a month of PSVue. Then he goes to spend his money on stuff like 4K TVs because he "needs it" just like how he "needed" the overpriced $300 headphones even though his fans linked him some $50 headphones that did the same thing as the $300 ones he just automatically assumed the $300 ones would be "better" because its more expensive. The guy can't budget for shit.

I think if he went to a financial expert and went "Help me save my house, what am I doing wrong here? Why am I being drained of money despite getting up to 5 grand a month?" the financial expert would be like "First of all, what the fuck? Why are you spending the money on so much crap every month?" and then the Financial guy would tell him what to sacrifice to help save money and put him in the positive and he'd be like "NOOOO. I NEED IT. MUH BUSINESSSSS. THATS FOR UNWINDING. IF I DON'T UNWIND I'LL BE IN HOSPITAL FOR STRESS DOOD!" and all the other flimsy excuses like he gives on his stream.
I've said it before but Phil doesn't realise that all the money he makes isn't actually HIS money, it's his business' money. He takes all the money his business makes and blows it all on his lifestyle and personal shit, and never invests any of it back into his business, and never saves anything. If he makes $100 in a stream he just thinks that goes right into his pocket so he buys $100 worth of takeout and blurays that month. Really he should keep $50 of that for taxes, food and bills and whatever else, and have the other $50 for personal jollies.

Of course his debt is an extra layer of complication, but as you say he won't cut his cloth accordingly. Phil could easily afford to pay off his debt, keep streaming and live a comfortable life, but won't because he enjoys luxury too much. I wouldn't even argue the things you listed are "sacrifices", they're just luxuries you don't need. Like, I bought a PS4 Pro this month. If I wasn't able to afford it, I wouldn't buy it, but that's not me making a sacrifice. I still had a vanilla PS4. It wouldn't have made my life worse to keep the status quo, but I saved until I could afford it, and treated myself. Phil's problem is that he doesn't view treats as treats. They're not special to him. They're just what he expects from life. He could easily find a nice detached house in a suburb somewhere, but he has to have his gated community mansion. He could easily save like $100 a month by cutting down on all his streaming services, but he has to have EVERY possible show in full HD even though he'll never even watch 99% of them. He could easily get some cheaper food, maybe even start buying from the reduced section, but he has to have his locally-sourced produce and takeouts whenever he wants.

Thing is, when he begs and whines about his finances, I don't know for sure that he realises how disingenuous he's being. I don't know that he realises his lifestyle is way, way above average. He's incredibly spoiled and entitled. Does he genuinely know how good he has it, or is his worldview so skewed that he actually thinks he's struggling at the breadline and there's nothing he can do, just because he can't afford a brand new car, a giant house, another home on the other side of the country, umpteen streaming services, new games and consoles on day 1, eating out all the time, and the rest of it?

Of he sold it for that price he'd be taking a $75k loss. That would be stupid.

He pays what, $1500 a month?

$1500 is way less than $75000.

1500 dollars × 12 months = $18000 a year.

$18k × 4 years = $72000.

Phil is just as screwed as if he sold it and lost $7000 to begin with.

That’s not how mortgage payments work at all.

Phil has stated he still owes around 100k on the apartment. With the neglect and deteriation taking place from before this fire, his khando was estimated at 60k, which is high. After, he is looking at 50k or lower.

His mortgage payments are roughly $1500 a month but I’m not sure if that includes HOAs each month, but let’s say it does for his benefit.

At $1500 a month on a 100k loan, he’s only paying give or take $400 or so into the principal, which works out to like another 21 years of mortgage payments.

Selling it and being rid of 50k of debt would be massive no matter how you look at it. At that point he could restructure the loan and possibly get a better interest rate and bleed less money. The longer he holds on to the apartment the further he falls in debt.

This is definitely the case as far as i'm concerned. 2011-2012 Youtube spoiled the fuck out of him and he just assumes that because he was one of the first people to make a "business" out of playing games on Youtube that YT should cater to him forever. It's the same thing whenever he gets a "slow" day on streams. He's genuinely puzzled whenever donations are slow because he thinks he's entitled to his fan's money, even if it means they have to sacrifice their needs for his wants.

Phil would sooner die then be forced to give up the condo. To him, merely owning that thing is cold hard evidence of his success.

I remember in that leaked Q&A video where he went. "The worst case scenario is that I have to SELL MY HOUSE! and get lots of money from it and use it to pay off all my bills and then find a smaller house. And that house won't even have an office! My girlfriend won't have an office! The absolute worst case scenario though is I'd have to move back to my Cahndo in CT."

Like, oh no, what a huge deal. You'll have to sell your oversized house for a huge amount of money and then be able to live comfortably in another house for the rest of your life except it won't have an "office."

for someone who doesn't have any disposable income he sure spend ton of money on crap.
-wwe network
-Amazon prime
-PlayStation plus
-PSVue( this isn't cheap)

You forgot Sams Club, Costco and Netflix.

I guess these two units were owned by people that were book smart, not street smart.

They were so book smart that they sold it before the Great Condo Fire of 2018. It's probably worth half that now after having a hole in the roof for the past 4 fucking months.

It does appear that Phil at least tried to sell the CT place last year so at least he did not lie about that. Zillow lists the details and even mentions it as a short sale.

https://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sa...PageImplicitClaimGA=false&fromHomePageTab=buy

The pending sale was at 67k and was rejected. This amount looks to be very optimistic, other units are selling for under 60k and there are several units listed as foreclosure and auction.

Unit 131 sold in Oct of 2017 for only 56k
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3699-Broadbridge-Ave-UNIT-131-Stratford-CT-06614/58831865_zpid/

It's also surprising that the HOA fees are listed for these units as 300 to 350 per month, that is pretty high for a place that looks this awful and for such cheap places to begin with.

He has said moving back to that condo would be a win for the detractors, so Phil will cling onto it for as long as he can. Never mind the fact the "detractors" say "he should get rid of that condo to help alleviate his financial problems" while in Phil's mind their thinking "i'm so jealous of that pigroach and his full adult house and full time girlfriend I want him to lose all those things and move back to CT."

At this point if he wants to plug his ears and ignore any advice let him. Let's see how far selling his dignity for 6 hours a day gets him in the long term.

Him struggling to own 2 properties and his Tyrone free girlfriend serve more as fuel than anything else. He is so blinded by material possessions that he thinks more=successful even though he struggles 24/7 to keep them. That includes his Tyrone free girlfriend.

Phil is begging for subs (428 now) and tips again, annoucning he'll play double streams for the next 8 days to get ready for his staycation, stated he may or may not review GoW (depending on how much money he can make out of it)

Someone tipped 5 dollars to say their pet recently died, Phil went on a 10 minute rambling on how sad he was when he lost his hamster, apparently its more sad than when he lost John Rambo

YAY I AM A GAMER

Is he seriously suggesting Phil to GO OUTSIDE and SOCIALIZE WITH PEOPLE?
GTAB...........

Phil's response: "Noooooooooooo, I am game streamer, I don't do IRL, I don't care about broadcasting anything but games. And if i reveal where I usually go around the city the assholes will follow me and stalk me, *snort*, okay?"

Is this the definition of ATTENTION WHORE (of a pigroach) or what?
If this meant to be a joke, its terrible and he paid 25 cents to say it, just sayin'

Phil is pressuring stream chat to beat Wagginz for the top cheerer (3300 bits), Wagginz was pleased with the attention. Then yolodopper cheered....Phil "We had pizza but that's none of your business"

Well you can't say his name isn't appropriate He is the Salt King's Wagon if anything else. But he's a wagon that's leading his king off a fucking cliff.

Also not to nitpick about his subscriptions to numerous places as a waste of money, but PlayStation plus, Costco, and Sam's club just take a lump sum at the beginning of the year. No monthly fees for being a member. (Well except PSP, but I think he'd be a bit smart and get a yearly membership rather than renew every 1-3 months. )

I’m starting to think kat works at eb games or hot topic or something because so far, she has gifted Phil 3 video game related t-shirts.
I realize you don’t have to work somewhere to have access to shitty gaming shirts, but she’s given him so many so far that I think she’s using an employee discount or something. Idk.

Hm, seems today’s gifted shirt is from Kohl’s. 53417855-05A4-40C0-B604-55FE89990FAD.jpeg  I wish I could remember what the other shirts are that she gave him.

This guy really annoys me. He thinks he's being such a crafty funny troll, but he has a 5000 bit badge and shows up to every single fucking Phil stream. (KingofHypocricy if that image doesn't show up)

KingofHypocrisy strikes me as the kind of troll that wants the trainwreck to last as long as possible but he's too cheap to make actual contributions. I've whispered him before and he's said that he's wasting Twitch's money and not his which would imply he's just spamming Twitch ads for free bits.

If she worked at gamestop, it'd explain her no seeing getting a ps4 pro as a big deal and why she got GoW even though Phil got his own copy (Store discount and Employees can get a copy of a game to rent so they can better recommend to customers)
If she worked at Hot Topic, I fear Phil would freak out the most (since I think Leanna still works there?) But also Gamestop does allow you to transfer to another store across country depending on your tenure and job performance and importance (like most jobs)

Jesus Christ, kill me. 5000-10000 bits? You get like 5 for every minute long interactive commercial you watch. Giving money to Phil directly is a better use of your time than clicking and watching hours and hours and hours of ads just to troll him.

"Those are the type of no life morons my detracturs are, okay? They will literally sit down, okay? Just to "snort" watch ads to get bits, okay? And spam troll questions. "Belches" That's how much of a moron you have to be to be my detractur. But anyways, Goldencolts donated 500 bits last night and said, "Wow Phil some people have no life"
