Exactly! All of this so-called 'harassment' he's whining about, he invites on himself. He goes out of his way to attack Taylor Swift and her fans in public forums, claiming he has the right to 'advertise' his lawsuit and 'speak his mind'. But if other people speak their mind, suddenly they don't have the same rights as Russhole does. Now they're evil harassing trolls and he's a victim. Classic delusional narcissistic thinking.

I hope Taylor Swift's legal team are, in fact, monitoring his social media presence right now. They can use all his harassing and threatening statements on his page and on Taylor Swift's fan page to prove he's filing in bad faith. He's suing over harassment and slander while constantly engaging in it himself. Yet another reason his lawsuit will be instantly sunk as soon as the judge reviews it.

It's extremely unlikely. Even in the absence of a statute specifically authorizing it, courts have broad powers to control their own dockets, but rarely exercise these powers to the degree they could.

100% agree. A-log ratings are nothing compared to this. As hellish as the burns themselves may be, they may heal over time. But the nerve damage is the real soul-crusher, and here's an eight-year-old child who may be in constant excruciating pain for the rest of her life. There is pain, then there is nerve pain. The kind of pain that nothing will relieve. At its worst, you can give someone Elvis Presley levels of Dilaudid, and it won't do a thing. And yet she smiles at the other patients because someone may be worse off than she is. That's a level of empathy your parents can't teach you, you need to be born with it.

Then there's Lipschitz here, who may have nerve damage, but it's merely inconvenient, not constant torturous pain with no hope of it ever ending. Yeah, I too thought his treatment of Bailee (and her family) was the low-point, but he just lowered the bar by several notches, and it's only a matter of time before the next episode that makes this seem like tiddlywinks.

If it's supposed to resemble a Greek temple, why call it 'The Mile High Neon'? That makes no sense. Why not call it the Parthenon, the name of the actual Greek temple to Athena (which is notable for its large columns). Damn this guy is dumb.

.........originally I thought he was just a sperg who picked a random name. I was wrong. The brothel name, the meaning of the word porneon, his treatment of women in general, his treatment of sex workers, his need to "punish" females especially, his declaration that he would "tie" Taylor Swift to his brothel business and the rest of his creepy behavior as well just ties it all together that this guy is severely fucked in the head.
