The dismissal isn't as dramatic as I would like but it basically acknowledges the simple fact that Russ quite simply never had any case at all. Unlike some of the bullshit he's filed, he at least presented an intelligible case, in that you could understand what his legal claims were, but they were just wrong.

This was the first legal writing of Russ that I ever looked at, and because of that, I early on gave him somewhat more credit than I now think he deserves. After seeing his subsequent absolute gibberish, I have to think he either had help writing this material or he has seriously mentally deteriorated since then.

The dismissal simply recognizes the absolute wrongness of the belief of Russ that he is somehow legally entitled to pussy.

It's very common for narcissists to retreat and keep oddly silent when they've been thoroughly humiliated and have no brilliant comeback. Wounded narcissists don't always lash out; they're just as likely to crawl into their cave when they've completely lost control of a situation and don't want to deal with others' questions or commentary.

They can even appear depressed to those close to them, but it's not like clinical depression. It's self-protection, and in retreat they ponder what happened and come up with an explanation/justification or a new course of action that will allow them to feel in control of both the situation and others' perceptions of it, once again.

So when he re-emerges, he'll be energetic, all charged up, with his next big plan, and seem almost manic--narcissists can often appear to be, and be mistaken for, bipolar because of these deep lows (as a result of narcissistic injury) and manic highs (upon regaining control, however illusory).

When I read the dismissal, I thought the judge was giving Russ too much narc fuel, seeming to take him seriously (as the law requires) by saying he’s “well-educated” and admitting his facial disability causes significant challenges for him-two things Russ wants everybody to know.

I could hear the chuckles with the description of the mile high neon, but Russ won’t, he’ll take that it was a good idea, the judge was on board.

Then something happened that caused the case to be dismissed. Clearly it’s not his fault. Does the term facial have anything to do with his looks, he’ll wonder? (He likely doesn’t know it as a legal term.)

Hell finally just say he decided to concentrate on his 100 million dollar suit from Taylor now and let this go without a fight. When he gets his certain hundred mil, he can go to Nevada all he wants. He’ll be a high rollet at the the house of prostitution and he’ll flash so much cash nobody will say no ever again. He will bankroll Hoff’s Bid for Assemblyman and then get his pick.
