Not just him, but ban-evaders in general, assuming you are referring to the setting of minimum account age times for contributions. That wouldn't necessarily be an absolute stop (people could make an account, sit on it for months, then use it to contribute) but with differences in wait times, it would spread out which wikis could be contributed to. An account used to spam a low-wait wiki could already be globally blocked before it was old enough to contribute to a long-wait wiki.
The irony about all this is if he simply made casual spread-out contributions instead of evading only to launch personal attacks (unless some of those are false flags? =/ ) there wouldn't be such ease in detecting/banning.

I can clear up a few points.
As to the first, Nate in his mental illness claims he "cannot live" without being able to edit on wikis, yet has proven, as you put it, willing to make sleeper accounts. He is not too ill to be absolved of right and wrong, so he clearly is exaggerating and is driven to madness by impatience.
However, assuming there was a lead time before said accounts went active, given his patterns, they could be easily sussed out and preemptively eliminated before he could make use of them,and he always tends to be impatient and betray himself by other means, so I've no doubt such a method would be quite effective, but that's merely one aspect of a remedy I have discussed with Wikia Staff.
Also, most of the accounts are indeed that of Nate. He's had a few pretenders, but most tend to share the same distinctive markings Nate is known for and the fakes can be easily spotted because they fail to copy his exact patterns.
As for the last point, Nate has an odd fascination with cartoon coyotes, and early artistic efforts by him reflect an interest in drawing them. Nate has shown no indications of being a furry, or at least that is not a prevailing subculture of interest for him, but his interest in drawing such characters has been clear in his known artwork.
